Guest Col city fan Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question
Happy Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question I think tonight mathematically it will be over.
1964FOX Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question And the genuine answer that will sound sarky is when there are not enough points available for us to catch whoever is in sixth place.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question i think if we win 17-0 and every other team around us lose . . . . .. . . . yes it will still be over . . . .. . definately maybe
RyanB89 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 schlupp needs to be playing in all of the last 3 games, thats for sure, maybe moore aswell
Corky Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question Yes, we should aim to finish as high as possible and on a good run of form.
Guest Col city fan Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Yes, we should aim to finish as high as possible and on a good run of form. Yes, well done you.... RyanB89 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 if we win our remaining games and a few teams higher up lose a couple of games well likely be in the playoffs, its highly unlikely though
Raw Dykes Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Does this evening matter at all? In terms of points? At what point is it mathematically over? Genuine question We can get a maximum of 71 points from 46 games. Our goal difference is good compared to Cardiff's, Middlesbrough's and Brighton's, so it's definitely mathematically over when the team in 6th place reaches 72 points. Cardiff only need 4 points from 3 games, 'Boro need 6 points from 3 games, and Brighton need 9 points from 3 games. Oh, and that's only if we manage to win all three of our remaining matches. Only a miracle will see us into the playoffs now. I'm only looking forward to next season now.

Happy Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 We could always ask Neil Lennon to put on his boots Neil Lennon @OfficialNeil · Open Down in my own stamping ground to watch the foxes tonight
MarkHowieLCFC Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 My glass is still half full 😊 until it is mathematically impossible it is still possible 😄 this is Leicester City remember! coyb....
kingfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 1-2 Burnley win. Another boring night match, nothing to play for, we give up and struggle. St Ledger won't start again for some stupid reason, and he probably won't recall Vassell into the team.
davieG Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 End of season friendly with some fans wanting him to play the old guard and finish as high as possible, some wanting young blood to be given a chance, some wondering why they're even paying to go, some wishing they hadn't already paid to go and some who couldn't give a flying fook whatever. One or two actually looking forward to going.
