The Year Of The Fox Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 I'm at the Caerphilly one currently. pissed it down at 9pm for 20mins, its stopped now. This musical music is frankly shit, im only here for a bit of Rule Britannia. Though YNWA is on shortly not that I enjoy anything connected with liverpool.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 It is really though. Then i hear the Chilli Peppers have been at Hyde park I start to wonder if Im at the wrong place! We're staying a 1min walk from the castle so couldve stayed indoors til about now and headed down for the finale. the best bit about it raining was its allowed me to put my lcfc waterproof on
Harry - LCFC Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 output_V2ZCl8 (1).gif Yeah I suspected one of the right wingers might pick me up on that one. Maybe it does have a slight left wing stance but that's only through it's desire to not offend anyone and stay neutral, intolerance has to be removed in order to do this, as such it might comes across as a bit too tolerant - you could say it tries too hard to stay neutral I also find two of the main political guys, Paxman and Robinson, to be a tad conservative just to balance things out. No-one should be exempt from criticism of course but the BBC is undoubtedly the most unbiased major news source available in the UK. Fantastic establishment IMO, if we didn't have it then you really would have a major point to make about bias in the news.
I am Rod Hull Posted 7 September 2013 Author Posted 7 September 2013 Joyce DiDonato Managed to fook up the first verse of Rule Britannia
The Year Of The Fox Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 Love Rule Britannia but nothing wil beat singing it at England away games
FoxesAreBlue Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 I like Rule Britannia at the Proms until every man and his dog pipes up for the bits they know then shut up again when they don't know it again. Second half of the national anthem is another one where no ****er knows the words!
Mike Oxlong Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 Did they do "You're Gunna Get Your Fackin Ed Kicked In". Always brings a lump to my throat when I hear that.
Smudge Posted 7 September 2013 Posted 7 September 2013 I agree. Another thing that's great in Britain... Cricket Crowds Class and political opinion unimportant but intelligence a must. Not in the Pavilion at Lords, quite the reverse.

FoxesAreBlue Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 you're told to sing only the chorus of RB. Ah right, I get the whole patriotic thing and everyone having a good time at the end and if I was there I'd be belting it out too. It's just at home on my sofa watching in my pants, I'd rather be a sad act and hear the music!
Zingari Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 We no longer seem to need to be America's lapdog . It's France's turn now.
Orkneyfox Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 We no longer seem to need to be America's lapdog . It's France's turn now. Maintenant la belle France c'est un poodle d'american. Just wait for the blue on bleu.
MooseBreath Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 Great for people who love wearing coats and jackets. Start putting it on today and there won't be a day warm enough to make you need to take it off for another nine and a half months.

MooseBreath Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 Good, love my jackets. 9 1/2 months? You must be reet nesh lad. It was quite common to see people wearing coats, gloves and scarves right up until late June this year. That's just over 9.5 months away.

MooseBreath Posted 8 September 2013 Posted 8 September 2013 Yeah nesh people. I don't know what nesh means. It sounds like some urban yoof language to me, "kaaaaaaar, gill wuz well nesh, fam, braaap".
I am Rod Hull Posted 8 September 2013 Author Posted 8 September 2013 My granddad used to call me nesh.
