Quite a few talked about those " passionate Leeds fans, who stand the whole game and follow their club in great numbers". I said at the time how confused I was of the praise many of you were giving the racist, retarded middle aged scum that dominate Leeds away support. Just wondered did anyone catch the game tonight on Sky.

And I don't think you can make a blanket judgement on all of them, they're not all racist as you seem to suggest. They do seem to have more idiots than the rest and that is a good reason for the reputation they have but I think you're going to far by denouncing the entire crowd as total scum.

Generalisation of that nature is not that bright, not all Leeds fans are racist or middle aged, it was one moron that ran on pitch and attacked Kirkland. They do seem very badly behaved with the amount of incidents they have, I just don't like the idea of putting all of their fans under one category.

Harry LCFC picks up on the middle aged part of the original post and says"I don't see how being middle-aged is at all relevant....." It's as if a load of you sit there waiting for : A spelling mistake Poor punctuation a grammatical error.. some newbie that has posted a thread that was once posted 3 years ago, so you can jump on them and go "OH NO NOT THIS AGAIN!!!" some one has used more than one exclamation mark!!!!!! Someone suggests moving the kop to the family stand.... AHHH THE ORIGINAL SIN!!!!! Try to see the original point. Leeds are scum. Give them no succor, give them no respect. Those of you that praise them are probably the same ones a few years back that taunted them with chants about Turkey and then legged it when they looked like they were coming into the L block. Leeds? It was assault and to my mind, the individual involved should be heavily fined, given a nominal custodial sentence and then ordered to report to a designated police station at the kick-off time of every Leeds fixture, home and away, for the next five years.

That's why I said it wasn't relevant, not because I was seizing upon a mistake, but because I thought it didn't fit with the other words he'd used to describe Leeds fans.
