How the **** is Pep Guardiola beating the Krankies? C'mon people! It'll be Fandabidozi if they win!

None of the above.

Only one man combines the background in football combat, charismatic vocal leadership and communications skills required to lead the remaining 600 Scots fans into the valley....step forward, Richard Jobson (though if he's not available, it would be amusing to see the reaction to a Cockney 'Arry appointment north of the border...

Are people being serious? Football has completely passed him by at club level let alone international. Maybe they could rope in Howard Wilkinson and Craig Brown on the backroom staff to complete the deal?

That said does it really matter who takes over, the group of players they have wouldnt get to the World Cup if Mourinho and Guardiola were in the dug out.

BBC Scotland was saying earlier that the faves are Strachan and Joe Jordan...

The press up here think Strachan will have Gary McAlister as his assistant.

Good appointment. No nonsense approach and feet will be kept firmly on the ground.

Unlike many Englishmen, I like to see Scotland do well (unless they are playing England), so I wish Strachan well.

I'm being completely serious, knows his stuff. Totally agree with your point about their current crop of players though

That's just it, football has completely passed him by. There are far worse managers we could have got, but it's not exactly an inspiring choice.
