Oh, right. I thought was referring to Vardy. It seemed to be when a Leicester attack was being described.

I stand corrected.

Good excuse for a bit of 70's sitcom pic posting, though...

No I was joking, he was referring to Vardy. Luke is suspended.

Get Waghorn off, bring on Futacs.

:fc: he will score now, as did Ben Marshall when I said the same thing at the weekend.

Hopefully I can strike twice.

you make me laugh. Are you 12?

What a waste of money.

It's a free forum - so ungrateful.

I'm a huge Pearson fan but (and I realise there is still a long way to go in this match) it does seem one of his minor failings that he'll play the same side twice in four days if we win the first game instead of mixing it up based on who we're playing.

Of course, if you change a winning side and lose then that is perceived as being even worse but it would have been interesting to see him change things tonight to tighten up a little bit.

Agree with this entirely. The "never change a winning side" mentality is stupid. Obviously you don't want to make wholesale changes, but I hope Pearson is adopting a "horses for courses" approach rather than picking the same side 2 games running just because the first game was won.

I'll go first then. Vardy off, Futacs on. He's had enough chances, we need a goal scorer, and Vardy aint it.

From what I've seen, I'd be surprised if Futacs was it.

But he was happy to change a winning side after a week's break. Still time for an NP half time talk and the real Leicester to win the game in the second half.

He changed a winning side after Ipswich, did he not? Marshall in for Knocky.

I do agree with you though that Nigel tends to pick the best team he has, not necessarily the best team for the game, although disagree that Schlupp was the wrong call for this game, they have pace on the flanks and Schlupp can match that, not seen the penalty incident so don't know if it was justified or not.

Maybe it is more that he doesn't take the effects of fatigue into account, but most people on the pre match thread said keep the same team.

Futacs on for Vardy I think, Futacs I don't know much about him but the very little I have seen he looks like a good finisher and capable of holding on to the ball something we are missing.

Marshall has to stay on for me, got that something special where he can score even if he's not been great (Sheff Wed) no, Futacs needs to remain off, otherwise we may be tempted in to the 'hoof', mentality, and as he cant win the ball in the air from what i've seen, it would not be a good idea.

What commentary are people listening to who think we're being dominated?

Stats show we've had way more possession, three times their shots and five times as many shots on target.

We've established BBC stats are shit
