Isn't it the club stewards who reported him to the coppers?

It's the one I saw then, it was nowhere near the pitch, that's complete bollocks to say it went on to the pitch.

Wasn't over there so I don't know.

Still unbelievably petty either way.

The CCTV shows me throwing the roll of sandwich bags, I'm guilty as charged, it's the fact I didn't get it on the pitch and the pettiness of it all that's pissed me off.

If they're saying it reached the pitch in the charges, ie 'throwing an object onto the pitch' and they can't proce from cctv that it did then surely thats wrong. If they charged you with 'throwing an object TOWARDS the pitch' then its a different matter, BUT still fight this as its a fookin sandwhich bag. Id like to think you appealing with the FSFs help would get this overturned

Was towards, copper was telling me the club sent a bloke to them once for throwing a ball from the back row which hit a steward on a thigh, he got released with nothing in the end, but still. Also pissed off at the fact they now have my photo and every print under the son on record.

This is why it's vital to get the FSF onto it asap.

LCFC have been known to 'lose' CCTV footage if the evidence doesn't fit with the accusation.

Don't give them breathing room to do so.

Pretty difficult to fight it when the offence has been accepted by way of a caution. In terms of a 3 match ban though...

Sgould he have had a lawyer present?do they ask if you require one for acceepting a caution?its wrong if they dont given the implications

I know the implications, I've had one before, completely unrelated to football though, was offered a lawyer and told I could have one at any time, but the evidence was there, couldn't deny it, but now I've seen what's written on the evidence bag, I'll sen some emails and make some calls tomorrow, I'll ring the club as well, try an speak to Barclay or jim, ring the police as well and speak to them, will fight it, just not in the mood at the moment.

According to one of the coppers a missile is any object...

Don't waste your time with Barclay, Jim is the man.

Get on twitter everyone, spread the word about the club treating this lad like shit

Unfortunately years of Labour has brought this hideous health and safety style on. A bog roll is not a missile to us but for some jobs worth who is after more brownie points it's deemed an offensive weapon.

I even saw a few at the West Ham, Man Utd game tonight. Wonder if they were pulled out for throwing a missile!

You just can't have fun anymore.
