Unless its just the media reporting on when the muslim gangs do this? Think this may happen a few more times. P.s It must have been very well planned co the cop shop is less than a minute walk away!

If you take things into your own hands, then you are going to be ultimately punished yourself. Don't know why an eye for an eye culture still exists in the UK These lads are now going to get banged up for violence and criminal damage and by the looks of it it was down to some mis-information!! Maybe a bit more of a thought through approach next time

I'd say the area around the gurdwara is mixed Sikh/Muslim. Definately a lot more Muslims though. Sikhs mostly live in the Oadby areas.Not really a Sikh area anymore, we're quite spread out. I live in Stoneygate but still visit this temple as its the oldest one in Leicester. The rumors are true with 5-6 men being arrested. I think action does have to take place at times. When the police do nothing. I heard from other Sikhs that the family went to the police before but nothing happened, (Not sure about this rumour though). There will be a talk at EPR gurdwara in relation to this incident. I'd like it of the media and politicians stopped using the term "Asian gangs". These gangs are all Muslim. It gives a bad impression and reputation to other Asian communities such as the Sikhs (Punjabis), Hindus, Chineese etc.

Of course you wouldn't. The police have been incompetent at best and fcuking useless at worst in dealing with these sort of things for a while now, get used to reading about people taking things into their own hands, as they are failed by the police or then have to watch laughable sentences be handed down by out of touch judges it's only going to become more commonplace.

Jesus wept The Sikhs should have put more pressure on police like they did in Luton. Vigilante action shouldn't happen. But every day you are hearing from the media about Police corruption and or perverting the course of justice for e.g. phone hacking, Hillsborough, those in positions (BBC -Jimmy Saville) turning a blind eye to countless allegations. Some people in the Sikh communtiy were really angry so decided to take justice into their own hands. They shouldn't have gone about it this way though.

Irrespective of whether ethnic movement to one area is natural or not, the question asked was whether Muslims are allowed to sell their houses to non-Muslims? Furthermore, does anyone know a Muslim family that has?
