Absolute scenes when you’ve played a year and are a lower handicap than me, playing 2 times a week the last 5 years

Fcking hate the game 🤣

I played 9 yesterday and was playing like Scottie Scheffler. Unfortunately it was the version of Scheffler in the first 2 days of the Ryder Cup. Shot 56

Yeah, you’d probably still beat me based on my two last rounds (BB stab)

It really is a horrible game at times but so addictive!

It’s because we’ll never beat it

We completed football as Leicester fans- done and dusted in my opinion.

You can’t do that in this game, even Bryson with his 59 or whatever

Doesn’t make sense that on one hole you can drive it 250 yards, stick a 7 iron within 15 feet and 2 putt for a comfortable par and the next hole make a 9.

A couple of months ago I had a horrendous round on the Sunday morning- can’t/dont want to remember what I shot

Id booked an afternoon round at the same place. Went home, had food, SSS and went back out

On the 18th tee I’m 8 under my handicap. I’d done nothing different all afternoon as to what I was trying to do 6 hours earlier- as far as I know 🤣

Still shot to my handicap as I had an absolute mare on 18 🙃

3 off the tee, couldn’t get out of a fairway bunker- turned into a hack that hole did. And a sleepless night

Instead of watching the foxes I actually got invited to play at Wentworth today.

Absolute top drawer experience. The west course was incredibly tough and a bit soggy as we had a lot of overnight rain ...but so much better than watching football at the moment.

Hate this sport

Me too. I always start off crap until I warm up properly, play well to the turn and then shit the bed.

Today - 45 and 52

Come to the course an hour before your tee time, and go through a warm up, which ends with you hitting the club youll hit off the first tee.

Itll make the first tee shot just like any other shot, and loosen you up for your round,

Also remember you are only warming up, NOT practicing. so dont judge the quality of your shots. Just get loose and ready to play

Haha LIV events now 72 holes from next year.

Player power to get OWGR points is my guess.
