Wow I didn't know that, that's a real let down.

Still massively looking forward to it, interested to see if they'll say anything about how the American fans acted.

A lot of chatter that LIV will soon be history

If that's the truth be interesting to see how it unfolds and if those who left the PGA Tour for LIV now try come running back.

Yes they announced the outline of an agreement nearly three years ago,  but negotiations since then have come to nothing,  with the PGAT getting stronger over that time,  its doubtful they now need any such a deal.

I know Brooks came back and Reed I think there's probably others I've missed. If LIV is definitely shutting down makes me wonder if the likes of Rahm etc come back especially with the Ryder Cup next year. Anyone looking at going next year to the Ryder Cup?

Whilst I'm no fan of LIV, it serves a purpose in that it means I'm only exposed to Bryson 4 times a year.

For that reason, and that reason only, I hope the above is not the case.

Brooks accepted an offer from the PGAT to go back,  but it cost him alot of dosh and he has restricted playing rights for the next couple of years.  Rahm was offered the same deal and declined to take it.  If this is the demise of LiV,  then any deal for Rahm to go back will be very expensive for him.  The same applies to any future DPWT membership,  where a number of players,  including Reed & Hatton,  accepted a seperate deal.

I do wonder if LIV does indeed shut down what will mean for Rahm and anyone else who refused the deal going forward. Certainly something to keep an eye on going forward I'm sure.

No doubt there'll be certain sporting and financial penalties for the LIV defectors who still haven't come back, but then again they took the millions offered to defect so can't complain either.

Why? We’re all shite!

Honestly because of the reception I've receive on the course in the past because I'm a bit of a slower player cause I play one handed.

Definitely looking forward to getting back out on the course in the summer but I'm seriously lacking confidence to do it right now.

Maybe try going in the evening time an hour or two before it gets dark, sure you won't be able to get 18 holes in but should be nice and quiet. Ive done it before and its nice having nobody behind.

That’s such a shame

Can’t be bothered to scroll back a few pages- are you in Leicestershire?

Yeah I'm in Leicester. Don't know if you'd be able to answer or give advice on this, I'm thinking at lessons alongside going to a golf range to build my confidence back up. Do think I need to try and find someone who specialises in one handed golfers be best or could I go to anyone? No problem at all if you can't answer.

Your best bet is Anders Mankert at Leicester Golf Centre. Expensive but he’s a fantastic coach and has experience with one handed players.

Appreciate you both getting back to me so thank you. Will definitely look at getting in touch with Anders so thank you. Will look at going to Six Hills too if it's usually really quiet.
