What really grinds my gears is that we were awesome a few months back. Looked unstoppable, couldnt stop scoring and we were challenging for automatic promotion. How the **** can you go from that to no win in 10 games. Its disgraceful. Every other team has worked out Pearsons Plan A and we have no idea what to do instead. Pathetic. So angry with Pearson. ****!

I worry extremely pre maturely that IF we ever see the return of MON...and he can't do it...then what? As each new manager comes the time frame will shrink and the expectation (and debt) will grow.

If Pearson can't get them motivated and bring back the believe then his time is up. If I could see positives and a change in attitude on the pitch then I would be happy for Pearson to stay but something isn't right, there is nothing coming from the players.

i really wouldn't be able to understand anyone who defends pearson after this today. the performance is just shocking. to me, it's like the players just don't want to play for him anymore. i could go on, but wood for example, came in and was amazing, now he looks like a shadow of his former self, ever since his 'knee injury'. was that a cover up for something bigger that happened? has pearson lost the dressing room?

for me, with pearson in charge we won't get back into the playoffs. we need to make a change and hope the new manager can lift the players enough to get back in there. i've lost faith in pearson, sack him now!

I've been saying that for weeks. Something definitely happened there and we haven't been the same since. Pearson's arrogance was probably always going to be his downfall. You can't act like the big dog when you've achieved nothing and expect it to work long term.

It's getting to the stage now where I would accept a decision to sack him, I'd rather we didn't because I don't want to sack a manager every season until we are lucky enough to go up. That's not sustainable.

This is it plus when we go 1-0 down the game plan goes out the window. Pearson will NEVER get a team up in the automatic spots he hasnt got the tactics and never has a plan B or C.
