Ashley Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 I don't think some of our fans realise how much trouble we could be in should we not go up this season. The KP was alright I suppose on Friday night in terms of atmosphere but we need to sing our hearts out for the lads tonight, Palace Saturday and so on. Some people say its just a cliche of being the twelfth man however it does work, believe me. J, K, L, N, The Kop, The rest of the ground, SING your hearts out get behind our team! I've never seen any evidence that it makes any difference. Should be a good atmosphere tonight though. Probably the most meaningful game since the second leg of the play-offs way back when.

Probably the most meaningful game since the second leg of the play-offs way back when. I feel different and a bit more pumped up when it's a good atmosphere, so its safe to say the players will also. If that makes someone chase a ball the might not have chased, the positivity to try something they might not have, then it could make a difference. It's not going to make every game go your way, but now and again it might help! It's been horrid this season, even in second early on all I heard were moans. Honestly not heard a single one the last two games just encouragement... At the very least it makes my night more enjoyable!!

Cant help but feel we missed a chance to have a go back at bolton tho, they sang 'wemberleeey' a few times to us. Think we should have responded in last 5 mins with que sara sara. Although i prob wouldnt have been able to join in as my finger nails were being chewed too much!
