The Horse's Mouth Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 I know it's something you don't want to do Dan, but why don't you download a "wonder tactic" just so your team(s) play well for a couple of months and look at why this tactics work? Just a suggestion like, it sort of worked for me. That's the easy way out, disgusting behaviour.

Do you holiday most of pre-season?
Beliall Posted 13 February 2014 Posted 13 February 2014 sometimes ill holiday for a couple of weeks, but i have a 5 week pre season , unless last season was really bad in which case its 6 or 7 so i can train the new tactics and stuff. love pre season. used to hate it

First season lost in the playoffs, 2nd season just lost out on playoffs by 1 point. I was lucky enough to hold onto Kasper, Drinkwater and James. Got quite a strong team.

Beliall Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 i cant get berwick to turn pro. our profits are 500k over the last 2 years and getting them to relay the pitch was a big enough effort. i have good staff and players, some good youngsters too but i cant help them get better while they're part time and the facilities need upgrading too.....they're so tight its unreal. any tips?
FoxLAD Posted 14 February 2014 Posted 14 February 2014 Manage to get rid of most of my staff and replace with younger higher potential Staff .. (Dean Ashton, David Beckham Andrew Cole and Zdenek Grygera) played 6, W2/D2/L2 so far sure be alot better but team is now starting to gel. If you are a non-league club I'd highly recommend Signing Karl Sheppard on loan, 6 games 9 goals so far.

Beliall Posted 15 February 2014 Posted 15 February 2014 my current season has a touch of the "dans" about it, 2 strikers, 4 mids and 3 defenders injured in the first few games. i feel like im stuck in a hole here at berwick. i think ive only stayed this long because i dont want to be unemployed. currently 2019 and im no closer to gaining higher reputation, or even europe.

Sold Lescott to Guangzhou Top at Xmas and Liverpool are last Nearly did the double over Bayern in the Champions League, won the group - got Atletico in the last 16 Signed Ronaldinho on a free on a one year deal. He's still got it according to his stats! Won 4-1 up at Calderon and am running away with the league. Might be time for a proper challenge.

Absolutely nothing. I didn't realise I have a fully registered squad so I can't play him until next season . Out of both cups but still in the Champions League. I've got Marseille in the quarters who just knocked out Barca. This is for the taking.
