Buzzell Posted 20 February 2014 Posted 20 February 2014 Well I managed to put Leicester into administration even though I didn't spend a penny, got deducted 10 points and relegated to League 1 losing the last game of the season to bastard Preston. All sorted now and out of administration, now we're somehow rich and the owner, for the first time in 5 years, gives me a transfer budget, £2.5M, to play with!

I don't remember them in recent years releasing updates that completely dick on your current save that you've spent so long building. Bugs and things yeah but who sits there and wrecks peoples saves!?? I've gone from battering teams with my young side, clever play and now the morale has just dropped off the face of the earth after 2 draws??? It seems they've also upped the pace abuse again as players like Neymar seem to get about 6 goes at each chance!

Started again with leicester, promotion achieved in my first season after beating Milsmall and Derby in the play-off's. Signed Velios on loan who bagged 20 goals for me. Out went Waghorn, St Ledger, Morgan, Nugent for around £7 million.

Its unplayable at the momentDon't know if you've seen but I look on the forums to get an idea on how to set my teams up and which formations are working, and the ones released at game release AND for this new patch are all like 6-3-1-0 and rely on counter attack! It's absolutely stupid! Yeah it works mate but your playing two full backs and no strikers, have fun with that save!

It's absolutely stupid! Yeah it works mate but your playing two full backs and no strikers, have fun with that save! Thats crazy. The only way I really like to play is with one striker and wingers so preferably 4231 or 41221

I've brought in Cabral from Sunderland as they were relegated, Simeone from River Plate, Coates from Liverpool, Figuerea from relegated Hull aswel as Velios on loan again and Puncheon. So far I've played: Reading (h) Won 3-0 Norwich (a) lost 2-0 Bolton (h) (cup) won 3-0. Hoping I can shift Danns, Vardy, Futacs and Hammond to free up some more funds to hopefully bring a winger in in January.

With Mansfield - League two Season one - midtable Season two - Play-off win on penalties League One Season three - Midtable Season four - Play-off win on penalties Championship Season five - Midtable Season Six - Won the league by about 12 points I'm hoping to survive in the Prem and then push on. I always find that once you get a lower league club into the Prem and survive, the financial rewards are so great that the club has no debt and can become quite a force. This was the second FM14 game I started, the first being Leicester and was sacked after about 10 games.

I'm sorry but there is absolutely no explaining that the same tactics, signings, style of team talks etc... that got my Leicester side promoted when I played the game around November time, is now worth the bottom half on the update. They've turned the game stupidly hard. Fair play to anyone who's doing well on it. Still haven't played it since I said I would, I fancy a game but just know full well I'll **** it up so it's a waste of time. When's the next update out? Normally around now isn't it?

Theirs are crap Can't go wrong with Brazilian youngsters. On FM13 I got Leicester into the Prem and signed about 5-6 young Brazilian's. Thing is though after about 2-3 years later they all wanted to move to a bigger club. Made quite a profit on them tbf.

It was ridiculous to be honest you'd have a squad full of Brazilian's every time and if you weren't then you were simply handicapping yourself. Wonderkid after wonderkid after wonderkid. Got some time to kill. So tempted to have another game but I know I shouldn't.
