I suggested this "dress as bernie" for the last game a couple of seasons ago , it seemed to be going okay , but just didnt happen. Maybe it will this season

When I went into the ticket office, and he was at the desk trying to choose his seat, then he started to demand a seat in the home dugout(Sousa was manager at the time), the girl on the counter kept on saying you can't sit there, but he kept replying with "I want to sit in the dugout with Paulo, why not, come on love, let me sit with Paulo". Then I think it was when I went Oldham away, I was sitting on the end of the row, and Bernie was about 7-8 rows in front, so he had to come up the stairs and pass me. Minutes into the game, he left his seat carrying an Oldham club shop bag, stopped right next to me and shouted "aghhhhhhhhh, aghhhhhhhh, agh agh agh". He then didn't return until half way through the second half.

He was constantly playing pranks and being pranked on. If any of the mechanics left their tools unattended, he would throw them in the skip. After one of the mechanics had his spanners binned, he got revenge: The workshops had a manky old shower available for the mechanics to use, which none of them did - except for Bernie. The mechanic removed the shower head and inserted behind it a sponge laced with a bottle of blue food colouring. Perhaps this is the real reason he constantly he's constantly painted blue - he's never actually managed to wash it off.
