jonthefox Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 The editor wanted to include how much a cup of tea is, as they are covering all grounds across the country and comparing prices you complete moron Welcome to Foxestalk George.
Karljohn Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Thanks to some of you for your help. One last thing, what's the highest scoring game at the ground? I was thinking 6-1 against Huddersfield last season? Yes, also 6 against Ipswich without reply.
davieG Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Has the beer improved in there? No idea not been in there for over a year.
jammie82uk Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 To the right of the shop oh right thanks seen the couple of blokes who stand at the door just thought it was for upgraded ticket executive people
The God Emperor Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 how dare you ask for information about leicester city on a leicester city fan forum! what a complete arsehole. I hope hell is real just so you can burn there!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 What the hell is up with some people? The guy is only asking a simple question, and gets flack.
Haydos Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Because I disagree with his methods and plagiarism, i am a keyboard warrior and ignorant? How is it fair on the folk who buy the magazine under false pretences? You sir are the warrior by spouting insults and generalisations... Contradictory my dear fellow... Miserable bastard.
jammie82uk Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Counting house for mixing with away fans, local hero for homesters. And the balti pies in the ground are bloody marvellous What balti pies? Not been able to get one yet apparently not selling them anymore
Ian W LCFC Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Prices go up on almost any food and drink they sell by 20p every season.
JimmyRovers Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Blackburn fan coming in peace here, hoping that a few forum members might be able to help me out. Ahead of the game next Tuesday I’m just doing a quick pre-match analysis. I’ve done my research on a very interesting LCFC History, going all the way back to Leicester Fosse, through to administration and present day. Thoroughly enjoyed it actually, and amazing to see what the club went through in the early Mandaric days. Six managers in one year culminating in Holloway and relegation! I have a new found respect for Leicester fans, having never really studied your history before! We’ve also shared an amazing amount of footballers, particularly since 1989 or so. List below for anyone interested. Mike Newell, David Speedie, Keith Gillepie, Paul Dickov, Paul Gallagher, Ben Marshall, DJ Campbell, , Jason Wilcox, Tim Flowers, Robbie Savage, Bruno Berner, Paul Gallagher, Alan Birchenall, Neill Danns, Billy Mckinlay, Marcus Bent, Craig Hignett, John Curtis, Nathan Blake, Callum Davidson, Nils Eric Johansson, Yakubu, Simon Grayson, Steve Agnew. Anyway, I seek if possible a behind enemy lines view as it were. If anyone would fancy answering the following questions I’d be really grateful. The info will be only shown in a new thread on www.brfcs.com. Questions below, cheers! 1) Leicester have had a very challenging last decade or so including administration, relegation to league one, and play-off heartbreak in the Championship. How do you view the current stability at the club regarding owners and management (particularly Nigel Pearson)? Does the club now appear to be moving forward? 2) What were your pre-season expectations for the side and how do you feel the side have performed in the opening five games? 3) Obviously one game sticks in the memory for most Rovers fans when we think about past Leicester matches. Do you have any vivid memories of past clashes between Leicester and Blackburn? 4) Which members of the Leicester side should we be watching out for on Tuesday night? 5) Having recently signed Ben Marshall, Blackburn fans are eager to see how he performs at Ewood. How do you rate him and do you feel Leicester got a good deal in £1m. 6) Give us your prediction for Tuesday.
svensson Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Miserable bastard. Nah, just don't like lazy journalism. Some poor kid has saved up his pocket money to buy that magazine. Everyone spouts off about how rubbish The Sun is as it pulls information from forums about who we are linked with. Whats the difference? Stop it at source i say.

He's basically asking for the prices of a couple of things at the ground.
GingerrrFox Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 It's not a national newspaper. He's basically asking for the prices of a couple of things at the ground. He's writing a "feature article" on what a match day is like at Leicester City but he hasn't been to a game in at least 2 years.
svensson Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 It's not a national newspaper. He's basically asking for the prices of a couple of things at the ground. Check out the link that was posted. Agreed, it is only a couple of things, but you can't deny it, it's lazy.
Haydos Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 He's writing a "feature article" on what a match day is like at Leicester City but he hasn't been to a game in at least 2 years. Is he writing an article on a what a match day is like at Leicester in the last 2 years? I didn't realise the article was so specific.
GingerrrFox Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Is he writing an article on a what a match day is like at Leicester in the last 2 years? I didn't realise the article was so specific. So absolutely nothing has changed about the stadium or match day experience? No elephants outside the club shop? No club shop refurbishment? There's more but I can't be arsed to list them.
Renart Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 Surely a fans forum is one of the best places to go to get efficient, detailed information about matchdays? Pr1cks. Agree. Because I disagree with his methods and plagiarism, i am a keyboard warrior and ignorant? How is it fair on the folk who buy the magazine under false pretences? You sir are the warrior by spouting insults and generalisations... Contradictory my dear fellow... I usually agree with what you say but plagiarism? Really? That would normally apply to an opinion and not to the price of a cup of tea. Plagiarism cannot be applied to what is factual, although, an acknowledgment of a source is always nice. You really do not have to go to the stadium and buy the cup of tea to be able to print that it costs x amount. I would've thought that a fan's forum is a good place to start for a piece about a match-day experience. What a weird reaction from some people! Hope the article goes well.
