Mr.X Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 I know somebody who likes finding out in advance -and they do this on the net- what will happen in soaps in advance. I HATE finding out in advance what will happen in advance as that just ruins things, but some can't help themselves and they just have to find out in advance. And if you do know of anything that is going to happen in any soap, then please do NOT mention it on here, as some of us do NOT want to know.
Rincewind Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 Does not bother me. Sometimes I can guess anyway. I have also known papers and TV mags to be wrong. How many times has Phil Michell been predicted as being the next one to be killed off only for the viewer to be disappointed when he somehow survives multi shootings, stabbings, pub fires, explosions and heart attacks.
Webbo Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 The only thing I want to find out in advance about soaps is when they're cancelling them.
Captain... Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 That post had too much 'in advance' in it and it lost all meaning.
Unabomber Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 Guess what OP, Danny Dyer is joining Eastenders.
MooseBreath Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 The only time it has ever been acceptable is when you're on your gap year and you're in Oz and you tune in to find out what's happening on Neighbours.
Karljohn Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 Guess what OP, Danny Dyer is joining Eastenders. Miserable cnut for a miserable programme!
Guest Bilo Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 *looks in pants* *sees penis* Not interested in soaps.
ScouseFox Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 *looks in pants* *sees penis* *penis definitely interested in soaps*
Guest Bilo Posted 5 October 2013 Posted 5 October 2013 Penis interested in actresses who happen to be in soaps. Penis not interested in shitty, unrealistic storylines.
Zingari Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 i like to know in advance when scenes like this are going to be aired
Mr.X Posted 8 October 2013 Author Posted 8 October 2013 I heard that Dot is going to come out as a lesbian and have an affair with Shirley
Kitchandro Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 I like knowing the end so I can ruin it for soap watchers. Then they can just live their lives which are as exciting as the ones in soaps. Which is not very.
Corky Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 i like to know in advance when scenes like this are going to be aired Doesn't that happen every day in The Sun now?
Tincy Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 Danny Dyer is joining Eastenders and is going to be the new owner of the queen vic
Zingari Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 Danny Dyer is joining Eastenders and is going to be the new owner of the queen vic We knew that in advance of your post Unabomber told us .
Corky Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 Danny Dyer is joining Eastenders and is going to be the new owner of the queen vic I see he's taking a different direction in his career from playing a Cockney.
purpleronnie Posted 8 October 2013 Posted 8 October 2013 *looks in pants* *sees penis* *penis definitely interested in soaps* Might have to start watching more TV.
Guest Posted 25 October 2013 Posted 25 October 2013 I don't watch soaps either but in a similar vein I don't like how so many series put a trailer for the next episode at the end of the present episode. Anyone would think that the episode on it's own is not good enough to have you come back for more. In fact it annoys me.
Haydos Posted 25 October 2013 Posted 25 October 2013 I don't get soaps. There's so much better tv out there, mostly American or sometimes british comedy. Soaps come just above reality tv at the bottom of the barrel.
