In all honesty, I have always wondered about Frank Sinclair.

Some of his own goals were outrageously stupid.

And I also remember when he even seemed to move his head out of the way of the ball when defending on the line...

lol Only issue there being he probably couldn't do half of them again if he tried.

Makes me wonder if the ref we had at Brighton that year when Beckford got sent off had some sort of dodgy background. I have never seen a poorer red card in my life, he did absolutely nothing other than tap Dunk on the back as if to say 'get up' - how can the linesmen, referee and fourth official all see that and agree it's a red card? I fail to believe all four of them got it completely wrong on purpose.

I'm not a Leicester fan, but I'm sharing this article I've written around football forums in general. feel free to take a look.

 

Good article - there is clearly reason we are allowed to bet on daft things....... I have however, limited sympathy for the bookmakers in all this.

 

(Snooker being another fine example of silly betting opportunities which are easily rigged)

Man quizzed in betting fraud probe after League One match

 

(Reuters) - A man was detained and questioned at the English League One match between Coventry City and Crawley Town in Northampton on Sunday by investigators probing an alleged overseas betting syndicate fraud.

 

Sussex police said in a statement that the man, who is Chinese, was spoken to by the Football Association fraud unit.
