Ignore the usual suspects.

I know talent when I see it and boy you have got it.

We'll start off with a 2 album and 1 tour deal.

Does the link only not work for me?

Might be because it was my login page. Try this. I have an auto login so it goes to my home page. https://audioboo.fm/about/apps

You may have to just google it. It'll come straight up

Click on the assistant to sign up.

At least I have a star for it. Not that I would boast about it.

What's it called?

Ken, I just listened to The Epitaph Of Meldew Lee, it's brilliant.

lol

Thanks. The words were going though my head when I was trying to get to sleep.

Was going bed earlier. Just listened to the two Moose put up. Not so bad after a few plays. Only thing is the background music. bit loud and I am not keen on rapping/dub or whatever its called. Also the music changes to all sorts of sounds, its not constant. Apart from the above its bearable,

Now a  question about the site. Do you have to make up your own sound? I can record some poems but would not want the same background music, just softly in the background would do. I also recorded the Meldew Lee one and put it in the limerick thread and plan to record more for my Audioboo site..

Your voice is too low kenbo - you need to shout it, and its hard to find decent remixes of jingle bells tbh

jingle bells ?

Its the theme tune to the TV series Robin Hood ain't it ?

i'm not sure though , they do sound similar .

You're probably right, I thought it was something else but couldn't think what, amd it does sound like jingle bells a bit

They do have pretty much the same tempo. I tried to extract the vocal from the theme tune last night to put Ken's over the top but it's such an old recording, it's really tricky.

I did have a crack at autotuning Ken's vocals but I don't think he'd be too chuffed with the results.

maybe you're too young to remember Richard Greene as Robin .

it's just reminded me of a story about a bride who wanted the Robin Hood theme at her wedding.  By that she meant the romantic song "Everything I Do" by Bryan Adams .

But they played the 50's TV series theme tune as she walked down the aisle    :D

edit ;

that one above that 21st C fox  has posted ,

Fair enough moose. My voice was a bit soft mainly because I am not too confident with singing even when alone. Yet I have performed poetry with a mic in front of an audience.

Had a quick listen to the original. The tune changes after the first verse which I suspect is the chorus. I could try it again.
