Dan Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Which is what I can see happening. You're still paying the same as this season, but you get 4 less games although you're watching us in the premier league. I would be happy with that though I think. It would be nice in this case that we'd get a free cup ticket included or something like that. I'd take that now if you offered it me.
jammie82uk Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 could be good for season ticket holders if this sort of thing actually catches on blackburn announced a 75% off deal if promoted this season http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/10455419.Blackburn_Rovers_freeze_season_ticket_prices/?ref=rc burnley gave away free season tickets when they got promoted in 2009 http://www.theguardian.com/football/2009/may/22/burnley-season-ticket-refund-promotion-play-off
kingpower84 Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I agree i hope they reward the fans who had season tickets for years and charge the 10,000 glory boys we would get the extra we shouldnt be the ones who get there pants pulled down caz if we went back down they wouldnt be there think of the loyal supporters
Bluetintedspecs Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 I don't think there will be a significant price hike if we go up! I personally feel they would rather sell a tremendously higher % of season tickets and explore the attendance/ground expansion route.
Guest Bilo Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 A great idea to give rebates if we're promoted, it's going to be of vital importance to have the stadium full and loud in the Premier League.
AndWhat? Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 A great idea to give rebates if we're promoted, it's going to be of vital importance to have the stadium full and loud in the Premier League. Full and loud and two very different things!
Guest Bilo Posted 30 January 2014 Posted 30 January 2014 Full and loud and two very different things! We were noisy as fvck last time we were in the Premier League at times. That's what I'm clinging to.
Dan Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 It's been loud at home recently. Since that pitiful 'effort' against Man City I actually don't think there's been a bad atmosphere at home.
Aus Fox Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I was talking to a Derby fan at work and he said that they've already released their prices for next season. £450 if they renew now and if they get promoted they get half the money back. Bit of a strange way of doing things I think, they could potentially be selling season tickets in the premiership for £225. That's FFP sorted then, at that price if 10,000 renew 4.5 mil in the account before they have to release the accounts for FFP this season. If they go up they don't worry about it and everyone can have a refund. Great buisness
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 We were noisy as fvck last time we were in the Premier League at times. That's what I'm clinging to. I don't think we were, there was a run that started with Blackburn I think and ended with Newcastle when we were doing ok and the atmosphere was great but other than those two months it was no better than it is now.
Number 6 Posted 31 January 2014 Posted 31 January 2014 I expect, and the accounts would probably back this up, that a rise would make sense. It would be a nice touch to reward those that have had an ST in the Champ though. Surely they can see on er systems those that have had one for a few years in the Champ and possibly league 1 too. I think those fans deserve to be rewarded. Especially as the TV money will dwarf ST revenue.
FantasticMrFuchs Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 Does anyone know if the club offer extra discount in the shop over the xmas period?
PAULCFC Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 Still do the 10% off with a season ticket. My Birthday falls in December and i sometimes get a 15% off voucher ....but other than that i don't think so.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 24 November 2014 Posted 24 November 2014 Does anyone know if the club offer extra discount in the shop over the xmas period? They did special offers nearly every day in December last year, though they did 1 day before all that for STH only where they gave us 25%. So if they do that again, that would be the best time to get any presents you're thinking of there.
