Back In the Premier League who and where do you want the opening game of the season ?

We can hardly have a more difficult first 5 games than we had when we were promoted to the PL in 2009.

Easy first match - away at Stoke

Second game - Man United (home)

Third game - Everton (home)

Fourth game - Chelsea (away)

Fifth game - Liverpool (away).

We thought we would have 0 points from 5 games, but actually managed 6 with 1-0 wins against United and Everton.

Sadly we lost all 3 away games Stoke (0-2), Chelsea (0-3) and Liverpool (0-4).....in our next away game, we lost 0-5 at Spurs.

Home game. Against a team that like Stoke or Villa. 

 

Not the most glamorous of matches, but a game we should have a chance in.

Aston villa away, because we'll be at home on the final day of the season which could be crucial, plenty of us lcfc fans there as its not to far away, we usually fo well at that ground and villa are quite a poor team really

Not really bothered who we get because we have to play every team at some time in the season, great to get a few points on the board early in the season, 40 points is the objective for me...
