Agree. I just bought a remake of the 1982 one. Only 25 quid on Amazon and the fit and quality of the shirt is great. It might not be an official shirt, but it sure as hell is better than the current one.

Eh? It's a plain white shirt with a Nike tick on it. If it wasn't an England shirt you'd pick it up for a fiver.

 

Have you actually seen it in person? I went with my mate to get one the other day, he took one look and walked away, it's a seriously crap effort.

 

It's actually also the same as every kit we've had since 2008 so I'm not sure how it can possibly be the best in ages....

b) Who's saying it's the best in ages? I'm saying it's rubbish.

 

Have seen seen it or are you just talking out of your arse again? It's literally a white t shirt. No collar, no buttons, no detail, nothing.

And ok, I was a year out, since 2009 every England shirt has been plain white:

Apart from that blue 'collar', which is not really a collar, amongst the minute variation in detail.

Fair enough. I know they're plain white but most of them have had bits and bobs that make them look pretty nice. New one is a bit of a joke :(

To be honest, I was going to get the last Nike design but I like this one better and I am just happy Nike do England shirts now

The England training attire by Nike is amazing now too. Tech pack tracksuits and tech jackets, so good.

I'm more tempted to get some of this stuff then buy a shirt.

Bloody gorgeous. How much did you get it for in the end?

 

£31 mate, then £3 P&P. 

 

The Michael Owen, white 1998 shirt went for £22 in the end as well.
