lavrentis Posted 6 June 2014 Posted 6 June 2014 Nah it's a great kit , classy IMO Best out of the nike and Umbro kits. Then again that ain't hard as Umbro are crap
AKCJ Posted 6 June 2014 Posted 6 June 2014 The 82 home kit here for 25 quid with next day delivery. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Score-England-World-Finals-Shirt/dp/B00J8H21IA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402074521&sr=8-1&keywords=retro+england+shirt Agree. I just bought a remake of the 1982 one. Only 25 quid on Amazon and the fit and quality of the shirt is great. It might not be an official shirt, but it sure as hell is better than the current one. Wow, fancy that haha.
Kitchandro Posted 7 June 2014 Author Posted 7 June 2014 Eh? It's a plain white shirt with a Nike tick on it. If it wasn't an England shirt you'd pick it up for a fiver. Have you actually seen it in person? I went with my mate to get one the other day, he took one look and walked away, it's a seriously crap effort. It's actually also the same as every kit we've had since 2008 so I'm not sure how it can possibly be the best in ages....
Haydos Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 It's actually also the same as every kit we've had since 2008 so I'm not sure how it can possibly be the best in ages.... a) That's just not true b) Who's saying it's the best in ages? I'm saying it's rubbish. Have seen seen it or are you just talking out of your arse again? It's literally a white t shirt. No collar, no buttons, no detail, nothing.

And ok, I was a year out, since 2009 every England shirt has been plain white: Apart from that blue 'collar', which is not really a collar, amongst the minute variation in detail.

I know they're plain white but most of them have had bits and bobs that make them look pretty nice. New one is a bit of a joke
lavrentis Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 Bought a new one today. £47.99. Yikes but worth it as its class. It is my opinion it is the best in ages. Will be sporting it on holiday when Englandi s on
Bert Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 The ones the players wear are decent. The replicas just aren't worth the money.

lavrentis Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 Jesus, it'll be a tenner in sports direct if we don't make it past the group stages! I doubt it. To be honest, I was going to get the last Nike design but I like this one better and I am just happy Nike do England shirts now
Grey Fox Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 Wasn't sure where to post this. The BBC sport website is showing the 1990 semi final now: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/26689871
Samilktray Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 The England training attire by Nike is amazing now too. Tech pack tracksuits and tech jackets, so good.
