AndWhat? Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Another message between them referred to fending a female member of staff nicknamed Edna “off their shaftâ€. lol lol
Kitchandro Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Yawn. No wonder he talks about the irrationality of women. If they're jokes, they're jokes, end of story. Women take the piss out of men all the while and nobody bats an eyelid. If you can't have man/woman banter wtf can you have banter about? I still think he's a tosser btw.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Crude and vulgar, yes; sexist, no. I hear worse about men from some of the women I work with every day.
RobHawk Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Without knowing hat its like to work in the FA its hard to say. I imagine it is quite formal day to day so those emails are not en-keeping with the tone of day to day life working their. Im sure we have all heard alot worse but we all know theres a time and a place and to be talking about colleagues like that is just plain dumb. Ultimately for a man in his position he should know better and deserves everything he gets!
Soar Fox Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Crude and vulgar, yes; sexist, no. I hear worse about men from some of the women I work with every day. I had the misfortune of watching loose women one day. Basically an hour of 4 or 5 women slagging men off. Imagine the uproar it would cause if men had a similar show slagging women off.
Haydos Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Is objectifying the opposite sex sexist? Like Kitch says, women do the same to men all the time, might not be as blunt but that's about it.
Darkon84 Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Get the Diet Coke adverts banned! They portray an unrealistic picture of men and cause the majority of the male population to feel inadequate and thus, causing a spike in depression. They then have to take time off work, causing nationwide production to fall, with many losing their jobs because they are unable to work. This, in turn, leads to an influx of immigrants taking jobs, stirring up racial and xenophobic hatred, eventually ending in street riots and a civil war and the collapse of society as we know it. Fcuk Diet Coke!
Stadt Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 On Friday when this was on BBC news a female footballer said that it was "offensive to women all around the world", no its not you disabled.
Kitchandro Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Some women's reaction to this should offend all women, it doesn't do them any favours.
Danno Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 Women's lives must be so hard. Imagine being called that? Absolutely traumatizing. I don't know how they survive.
Corky Posted 20 May 2014 Posted 20 May 2014 On Friday when this was on BBC news a female footballer said that it was "offensive to women all around the world", no its not you disabled. There are women in some countries around the world who would happily have this as the most offensive thing against them. It's crass and crude and not particularly pleasant, I don't like Scudamore at all but he'll apologise, not do it again and everyone will move on.
