Good content though, not having gone to the match good to hear how Pearson and Schlupp performed, am I right in thinking Pearson qualifies as under 21 for this season, so we don't need to name him in the squad, but he can still play as back up in case we get some injuries?

Phil's son stood on the kerb and did the filming, just a quick piece on the street to camera. Friday's will be more professional, and we'll try and take some of your comments on board.

Nalis Posted 6 August 2014 Posted 6 August 2014 I 'd like to see spontaneity, for example the sexy bloke on the left starts with balancing a balti pie on his head ( this stays there for nearly the whole duration), he should start to take off his cardy once he starts talking and by the end has removed every item of clothing (his old bill is censored like when you watch Japanese porn) He then eats the pie, grabs the interviewer by the chinny chin skin then slaps him round the face and shouts "that's a spicy meat- ball. Not saying do this exactly, just an example I actually thought this was genuinely funny. They all just playa hatin'...

May I suggest a pre match result prediction contest between you and Phil? should be good for a bit of banter post match. It`ll be up to you 2 to decide the prize or forfeit at the end of the season.

Also not sure about the cut to B/W and the general editing of the video, it was clear that the cut aways of you and Walsh weren't done at the same time as the audio. Personally I would have introduced Walshy and mentioned where you were and why, was it one of Walsh's training camps, was it just a random school, was he there to present an award? coach? A bit more context to the random cut aways of the kids would add a bit more coherence and a cut away of Walshy with the kids would have been better than just a shot of some kids. I understand what you are trying to do, add a bit more visual interest, and I know it is tough with copyright laws, as you can't show him scoring at Wembley to seal promotion in '94, but maybe a few info boxes with Walsh's stats and records and likewise when you start talking about Schlupp a few Schlupp stats running along the bottom same in the other video a comparison of Moore with Was, would add more content as well as visual interest.

In the background vaguely you'd have to be pretty anal to take objection to that mate. It's great to see these youngsters getting such high quality coaching at an early age.

Collymore Posted 14 August 2014 Posted 14 August 2014 I think having videos of kids with their names without permission is a big no no but just general footage looking at nobody is particular is probably ok, but don't quote me on that. AS for the videos, I know youre not shooting Hollywood blockbusters but I found this video useful when I did some recent camera work. Camera Angles and Shots: If you really wanted to add some professionalism and interest you could invest in a cheap drone to take aerial footage and create some really cool camera angles. You can pick them up cheap these days... Just remember less is more so don't go too over the top!
