itsblueupnorth Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 I've followed Leicester City through thick and thin for over 50 years - why? - because I was born in Leicestershire ( Hinckley ) in 1953 - my dad started taking me in the early 60s and despite him and my mum taking me to live on the Fylde Coast I have continued my support - now my son and I are season ticket holders and are really looking forward to the new season in the premier league - what ever the outcome I will continue to follow our great team - I'm leicester till I die - Leicestershire is the greatest county in the country - no matter how this season pans out we'll be back season after season and for this reason don't be down if things don't go our way tomorrow - sorry but I've had a bottle of wine plus but I needed you lot to know that LCFC are the only club for me - bring it on tomorrow - we'll be there

Kitchandro Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 This is exactly the kind of drunken ramblings we need on the eve of the new season. Kudos to that man.
Mark_w Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Sorry if I've missed it, but what is the real meaning of Leicester City Football Club?
foxfan92 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 - even though enough of us will no doubt moan like crazy and bemoan our luck or chastise the players and manager if things don't go our way from the word go - I am also sure most of us have followed the ups and downs (and there have been plenty of both) for long enough now to get over any irritations we feel pretty quickly and return to giving the foxes our full support by the next match. I just hope with all my heart we can surpass the O'Neil days now we're back in the premiership and make ourselves the top half team we should be and eventually pushing for Europe...
PAULCFC Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 I was born in Bond Street... and couldn't be arsed to move.....getting nearer to the 1000 post!
roger the dodger Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Sorry if I've missed it, but what is the real meaning of Leicester City Football blue blood blue blood i bleed it Thats what !
Fox92 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 That's the exact sort positive geeing up we need. None of this negativity found in certain places!!
Cafox1970 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Could be a tough season, we may even go down. Already talk of Pulis replacing NP if things don't go well. We need to stay behind the team and the manager thru thick and thin. I really think given time NP can go on and be a great manager for us and maybe even manage England one day. It's gonna be the fans who decide whether he stays or goes and potentially destroy a great young team. We have the young talented team we have always wanted let's show our support the whole season #COYB
