kylestyle06 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Just on a positive note look what this team did for us last season. We can see what they're capable of as they have shown a few games this season already. A win against West Brom will give us confidence that we so badly need, and we should be glad that we're back in the top 20 elite again as there is a hell of a lot of clubs that would swap places with us! Blue Army!

Wilson_6 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Really enjoyed that. How good was last season? Probably the most enjoyable season as a city fan. We are decent there's know doubting that. Just need a win now against West Brom to get us going again! COYB!!!!!!
cjslcfc Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Think Nige needs to show that to the players to remind them of what they are like when they play with confidence!!
Howard99 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Unfortunately the key to survival is having a steady defence with quality. Paul Konchesky. Liam moore. Wes Morgan. Richie de laet = relegation.
LanguedocFox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 I am clearly one of nature's optimists, but I have absolutely no doubt that we can turn it round. What was consistently awful on Saturday was the way we gave the ball away, especially during the first half. But we were nowhere near as useless as some people on this forum have suggested. And we are way better than several other teams in the Premier League.
LanguedocFox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Unfortunately the key to survival is having a steady defence with quality. Paul Konchesky. Liam moore. Wes Morgan. Richie de laet = relegation. That is bollocks. I think Konch needs a spell on the sidelines, maybe, but the other three have been very good this season.
Tielemans63 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Seeing that video makes me think we need Vards diving around winning us penalties a bit more regularly.
ScouseFox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Seeing that video makes me think we need Vards diving around winning us penalties a bit more regularly. he needs to touch the ball in the opposition's box for that to happen. That is bollocks. I think Konch needs a spell on the sidelines, maybe, but the other three have been very good this season. konchesky has quite comfortably outperformed both moore and de laet this season.
Tielemans63 Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 he needs to touch the ball in the opposition's box for that to happen. Very true mate. Playing him in his natural position would be a good starting point. He caused all sorts of problems for Man U playing his natural game.
thybluefox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Konch, despite me writing him off at the start of the season, has been by far the most consistent defender so far. Vardy HAS to play centrally up top, otherwise it's not worth him being on the pitch IMO.
GorlestonFox Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 3 things about that video... Drinky's PASHUN Nuge's smile And Lloyd Dyer
foxfanazer Posted 28 October 2014 Posted 28 October 2014 Wow! Best season of my lifetime! Love this squad
