Jesus, questioning the oppositions tactics after they BEAT US if beyond ridiculous. As I said in my opening post though, it doesn't guarantee a win or any points, but it does guarantee a shit game. If we play like that against Southampton it could be a dour nil nil, or we could still lose with the quality they have going forwards. Of course West Brom fans are happy, they didn't even need to score and took away 3 points, but is that the approach we should be taking, especially away from home? That is the question.

It is impossible to know what would have happened if they hadn't scored. Maybe they would have pushed on to get the win after about 70 minutes. As it was they didn't need to.

I don't think I called them crap, the question was whether we should change our style of play to be more cynical/professional and set up away from home like they did, and if we did would you be happy?

If we had of played the same way at the Hawthorns and picked up all 3 points, Nige would have been commended for his tactically nouce.

Aixelsyd Posted 3 November 2014 Posted 3 November 2014 Have to agree with Foster though. I've never seen a keeper waste as much time without getting booked. Interestingly enough, in their other 1-0 away victory, Foster was yellow carded for time wasting.
