  1. 1. Would you be happy if we played like that?

Oh we were poor for 90 and sadly yes the hoof ball did seem to be more effective. We still didn't look dangerous though.

Need to **** the diamond off asap.

Ann?

The extra 2 minutes was added but not included on the board. Over 6 minutes were eventually added on.

5 minutes and 30 seconds of which their keeper was deciding where to kick it from lol

At Stoke we weren't that negative, we committed men forwards when we broke, West Brom were content playing anti-football but we don't have the quality to break sides down that play like that.

nah we're not allowed to play our best players because nigel wants to prove a point and he doesn't care what anyone else thinks. and seemingly also doesn't care about the result.

A couple of times they just chipped the ball into the corner and didn't even bother chasing it.

Vintage Pro Evo 4 tactics.

How the hell can people seriously say 'no'?  Of course I'd be bloody happy if we played like that and WON.

Jesus, questioning the oppositions tactics after they BEAT US if beyond ridiculous.

As I said in my opening post though, it doesn't guarantee a win or any points, but it does guarantee a shit game. If we play like that against Southampton it could be a dour nil nil, or we could still lose with the quality they have going forwards.

Of course West Brom fans are happy, they didn't even need to score and took away 3 points, but is that the approach we should be taking, especially away from home? That is the question.

Because people are realistic enough to accept they got very lucky and that nine times out of ten they wouldn't win.

Regardless of whats being said in this thread, we need to forget the game and move on and get some points on the board. We need to start getting some positivity going, not coming on here and calling the opposition crap after giving them 3 points every week.

Even with Mahrez we wouldn't have scored, Mahrez wouldn't have made them move and drag away defenders from the box.

It is impossible to know what would have happened if they hadn't scored. Maybe they would have pushed on to get the win after about 70 minutes. As it was they didn't need to.

I don't think I called them crap, the question was whether we should change our style of play to be more cynical/professional and set up away from home like they did, and if we did would you be happy?

Who gives a shite what Brom's tactics were? They worked for them and we couldn't break them down. End of.

If we had of played the same way at the Hawthorns and picked up all 3 points, Nige would have been commended for his tactically nouce.

Have to agree with Foster though. I've never seen a keeper waste as much time without getting booked.

Interestingly enough, in their other 1-0 away victory, Foster was yellow carded for time wasting.
