Maybes Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Only managed to raise a 5 a side team plus a few subs for this. Been used to a full 11 plus subs and the occasional lino in recent weeks.
ScouseFox Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 depends what you're after/who you are. guessing you're not going to a paid event with a ticket etc? if not it's hard to just suggest a place or two to go and get drunk, there's so many different choices compared to leicester. town at night is split into probably 4 parts (excluding things like cream/nation events on new year that cost like 30 quid to get in to). you heading into town? depends what your main interests are then really. surrounded by slags and drinking £1 multi coloured shots listening to dance music? or do you want a decent beer or a gin with some hip hop/funk tunes in a bar? or more old skool sort of rock typed venues? or the underground style vibe, fella playing a saxaphone and some jazz remixes of club tunes? so hard to recommend what to do just in one night haha, especially new year because places obviously change depending on the clientele. you could come for a fortnight and still head home and see someone on the last night who'll tell you you've missed out on the best part .

Gonna be in the Punch and Judy by 9am, one of the best pubs in Britain imo then continue on it till we drop. Our clubbing days are over though, just late bars. Let's take their shithole of a town.
