Is it not time have faith in the owners?

They seem to get no credit at all  for us being in the premiership and rebuilding this club from top to bottom., its if Nigel did it all on his own.   Now they are getting stick for making a very hard decision, I'm sure it was done with a very heavy heart but in the best interests of the club, cut them some slack and give them a chance. they ain't done bad for us so far..

We count ask for better owners...well apart from Roman chelsea and the Arab at Manchester

I totally back them, extremely professinal. It's their business and they run it well. Admittingly they made a few errors at the start, Sven etc but they now have us in a good position.

I don't think anyone can blame the owners, we don't know everything that goes on behind the scenes and it seems like something happened off the pitch that forced their hands.

I don't believe that a good performance and unlucky defeat to Palace would be the reason to pull the trigger.

The owners still get my support as will the new manager.

They have been incredibly naive in the appointment of Sven and the timing of this sacking. They gave Pearson 17m to sit two players on the bench too.

I don't either. Not when they supported him through the winless run and defeat to Watford in the play offs when it looked like Pearson wouldn't turn it around.

They spunked 90 million up the wall going nowhere before Nige got them out the shit.

Good luck to them. I have a feeling they'll need it.

Nigel Pearson is the reason the owners became interested in us in the first place with the storming of League 1 and a 5th place finish the following season.

Nigel Pearson is the man who stabilised the club and had the balls to tell them they had been doing it wrong.

Nigel Pearson is the man who assembled this team and got us to the Premier League.

We owe Nigel everything.

Doesn't Nigel owe Leicester anything or is it just a one way thing???

Lets not go OTT now

I think they are respected. It's just that far too many seem to think Leicester City was the platform for The Nigel Pearson Religious Sect.

There's not a chance in the world that Pearson would have got us promoted without the financial backing he benefitted from both directly and through the better players he inherited from sven. Let's not go ott, he got us promoted and was in the process of getting us relegated with the highest budget this club has ever had.

Difficult one for the owners now though. It's notoriously hard to select the right manager. I think they probably know that, which is why I think it's more likely that Pearson walked.

Spot on Johnny; our owners have done so much for us as a club it astounds me every time people have a go at them.

We now own our ground, we have improved the training facilities, every aspect of the club and its daily running since they took charge.

Nothing will ever be perfect but I wouldn't want us to have had any other people in charge of us at this given time.

He got us to the play offs when we were skint before this lot turned up.

As someone said in another thread, technically the only good decision they have made with regards to on-pitch matters was re-appointing Pearson, and they wouldn't have done that if he hadn't been with us before.

Their appointment will almost certainly be shite. That is one of the many reasons sacking Pearson is a terrible decision.

I'll reserve judgement on the owners.

Lets not be embarrassing and be like Forest and cheerlead the owners regardless of their actions.

So far their decisions have been logical.

Going with Sven was logical. Going with Pearson was logical.

We don't yet know the details on why Pearson has left or who is coming in to replace him.
