Hospitality is poor

This is my first season being a box holder at the walker stadium, and i was shocked at how poor the standards are. First of all the food is terrible and the portions are small. The waiters are lazy, unresponsive and clearly do not want to be there. People pay a lot of money to watch from a executive boxes and Leicester city make a lot of money, but people are not going to keep reaching into there pockets when we get very litle back. Hopefully the new owners will put some money into this department. The sales team and the higher ups are fantastic, they couldnt be better. But the chefs and the staff on the day need to sort it out, otherwise th club will lose money.

on a side note I believe Bovril is back on the menu and they are now issuing sensible forks, still only a thin napkin between your hand and a pie hotter than the Sun! SO BRING BACK THE TRAY!!

My heart bleeds.

It's going in my letter of complaint with everything else. If the club want to take on complaints seriously, they can have the mother of all complaints soon. I am collating data and investigation currently before unleashing hell.

sweet jesus we're going to hell in a handcart! I never minded paying £20 and feezing my tits off knowing that the guys in the boxes were being looked after. But even they are getting served up shite as well!

All joking apart, and although this guy is most likely going to get a flaming, it is really just an extension of the "ordinary" supporter being shit on - you pay a lot more money to sit in a box and would expect some good scram and be looked after. If it is the case that this is shit as well, then it is more evidence of the club cutting costs and service.

I have been in a exec box once and to some degree I agree.

the chef came in (friends with the people I went in with) and moaned he was forced to microwave food for cost reasons, and the waiting staff were txting their friends in our box, not even waiting till they leave the room first. Seemed poor considering how much those boxes cost.

Yes and £2 for a bottle of pop and £1 for a bag of crisps! (you dont even get to keep the lid off the bottle!!)

I get this problem alot with the insolence at the ground. Last week my Cavier was only served luke walm... Outrageous...

how dare they??!! :ph34r: On a side note who actually eats cavier?
