Got to give a bit of credit to the BBC and ITV as well, there is a lot of backlash from the usual suspects about the Euros taking up prime time spots on TV but the game doesnt grow without exposure. It's not even that, these are at the top of THEIR game. They are the best at their sport. You would never hear someone say I'm not watching the women's 100m as the standard isn't as good as the mens! It's obviously people's choice of they watch it or not but to comment saying it's sub standard is just ignorant and just shows a lack of respect to athletes at the top of their game.
