My parents house used to back on to the Athletics ground. Was great as a youngster just nipping over the fence to watch the games mid week. Was some cracking Boxing day matches down there. Would pull in 600-800 easily. Remember it well when Hinckley United played Brentford in the FA cup at middlefield lane and lawro and Lineker were basically sitting in my parents garden! Worst thing they ever did was move to Leicester Road!

Refused the call up. No idea what has happened there but must be something big to refuse an international call up. I know Ben White is a little bit different to other players has he has openly came out and said he actually doesn't enjoy football he just plays because he is good at it and sees it as a job, but to refuse a call up is a little odd.

yeah i get that, but this is just an example or how poorly the match going fan is treated. As Perma has said Plymouth play Rotherham on a Friday night?! not sure that is really going to pull in a big audience and they have more than likely just put it on to fill their clubs quota. It will never stop until the fans do something. The fans wont do anything though as if people did boycott others would just snap up the tickets.

The club shouldnt have to put on free travel though. What i was saying is the club and the fans need stand united together and say look we dont mind if a game is moved but this is just ridiclous. Yeah we are but it shouldnt matter where we are based the fact is, you need to take a days holiday, book a hotel or get back in the early hours of the morning to watch a football match. It is madness.

and this is why fans will always get shafted as some obviously dont see it as a problem. Football certainly isnt for the working class now. Not everyone can just drop everything and get a days holiday and afford to book a hotel and they shouldnt have to!

not sure they get much say as imagine its apart of the league contracts with the TV companies but not 100% sure on that. Sky 100% dont care about the fans that go to the games but the clubs need to start standing up for the fans.

Only way we do something about it is if the club backed the fans (which they wont) all they need to do is say there will be no foxes travel for this game and we strong advise anyone from travelling. IF fans wanted to boycott then this is the game to do it. Then just send 3 or 4 down with a banner 'Football is nothing without fans, Thanks Sky'

Yeah but to be honest most are now. I had a massive run in with coral when I tried to withdraw after winning on their casino opening offer. Surprisingly enough I lost!
