Perez looks class.. how the hell has that happened...
-
Victor was awful but Vestergaard actually played quite well, especially considering he was on a yellow for most of the match
-
Justin at RB over Ricardo?...surely not, unless your suggesting Ricardo will leave?
-
Surely he can still reject the contract but the club are obliged to accept the pre-agreed transfer fee?
-
Can't see Fatawu joining us now Enzo's gone. Seemed to have a great relationship with him. Shame as we could have made a lot of money of Fatawu

Have been a big fan of Corberan this season. West Brom were good with the ball and brilliant without the ball. However, he always seems to fall at the final hurdle. Similar this season where Southampton completely nullified West Broms tactics in the play offs and especially in the second leg. They pressed west brom and they couldn't really deal with it...Corberan then wasnt able to react and tweak the tactics during the game. Will be a gamble if we go for him. Would prefer Potter or even Moyes but I think Corberan is a more realistic option
-
Yep could see him bringing Mads and Ricardo

I don't understand how Norwich managed to get into the playoffs. They look awful. Teams like QPR look fat better and are far lower in the table
-
Ultimately Leicester will offer him a contract on a reduced wage and probably a one year deal. It's then up to Vardy if he's happy with the new deal or if he will choose to go elsewhere. No doubt his agent is working on getting some alternative offers at the moment. The amount the wage is reduced will be down to how much Enzo wants him in the premier league. I suspect no club will pay him as much as Leicester unless he goes to Saudi or possibly America
-
I think Ndidi will be key for us in the premier league if we can keep him as I expect him to play a little bit deeper in a slightly more rigid setup and support Winks in the defensive role.
-
Would love to know the statistic for how many times he's hit the woodwork this season....
-
Fair play Enzo. He's pioneered to create a new possession total football style for Leicester City. He's managed to get the existing squad of players to play his new style with a few shrewd additions (predominantly Winks). And he has most importantly achieved promotion at the first time of asking despite the adversity he and the squad have faced over the last couple of months. I hope Enzo gets the credit he deserves
-
Another player out of form. Gives the ball away frequently now on games. Previously he would give the ball away about once every four games. Great work ethic and energy off the ball today though
-
Choudhurys passing under pressure is going to be key to the result in this game against a very aggressive press They are going to run all of him so if he can play through it we will get a result....if not, it could end very badly...
-
Plymouth look dodgy at the back, bad on the ball and awful up top. Surprised they are even in this league..... And we are losing to them!!
-
What is the game plan here....it is crazy how little urgency we are playing with since they scored. It's like a training match
-
Very very good player who it think is being brought down by the players around him. However, he needs a very physical and athletic defensive midfielder (like the old Ndidi) to play at the base of the midfield with him in the premier league otherwise he will get exposed defensively.
-
I am a fan overall of Enzo as I think he has taken on a big risk to change our style of play and challenge our current players to completely changed the way they normally play (e.g. Ndidi in the No 8 role). He has also significantly improved KDH and other players (I don't think this is simply because they have dropped down a league level). We are struggling at the moment but still top of the League despite the chaos going on off the pitch which is bound to affect the players. However, Enzo needs to improve his tactical tweaks during games to influence results. Maybe he will argue he doesn't have good enough options on the bench to change round the team and strategy during games. All he seems to do is move his inverted full back from inverting alongside the deep lying playmaker (Winks) to inverting alongside the No 8s (KDH and Ndidi). He needs to get better at this - Pearson and even Ranieri were brilliant at tweaking shapes and players to turn games and secure results. Guardiola players a similar style and is the master of changing things round during games to secure a win. So Enzo's style of play isn't influencing his inability to do this.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

Whoever is advising Top at the moment is doing a terrible job. He needs to have a shake up at board level and recruit some new consultants -
Yep definitely. He needs to use that goal to build his confidence and get back to his level at the start of the season
-
Kind of agree but Enzo will never go away from his principles and do that. Unless he inverts a CB

FA Cup: Chelsea (A) 4-2 Post-Match Thread
Kierzz replied to lnkstern's topic in Leicester City Forum
If we get promoted, we need to sign one or two quality CBs to have a chance of staying up. And also need a striker in the summer Midfield looks already very good at premier league level but we need cover. If we can't financially do that and manage to get promoted....it will be very tough next season.... -
My stream is terrible. Any one got a decent one? Please DM

Next time you watch KDH just count the amount of times he touches it with his right and also the amount of times he spins back to his left foot. Maddison used his left foot way more than KDH using his right. Maddison even scored quite a few on his left foot.
-
Not disagreeing with you but I wouldn't call him still very young considering he is turning 24 in July. If he wants a permanent move, he needs to show I improvement into the final third with better decision making, execution and goal contributions - assists/goals. Unfortunately I can't see him doing that with only 10 league games and 1 (or 3....) cup games remaining.
