It's equally sad but also very disappointing. Great weather and beaches etc shouldn't be taken for granted in life. There are many volunteers who have to regularly face cleaning up others' mess in such places to do their bit for the environment. Am a big supporter of supporting the idea of punishing those who negative affect the environment by making them do community service via the way of cleaning rubbish up etc.
