A competent DoF, first of all. All that dross that we've signed over the past few years – and at what cost.
-
We haven't won a game this season from a losing position since early November.
-
"They're not bad at set-pieces, are they?" What an idiot of a Hull commentator.
-
-
Rudkin and Top – a match made in heaven.
-
We'll end the season on five clean sheets.
-
Begovic. Thank you for that. What an easy goal to gift. HAHAHAHAHAHA! 1-0 Hull.
-
Mukasa a bit selfish there. Still, decent attack on the counter.
-
De Cordova-Reid already dispossed for the first time. Not even two minutes played.
-
Positives – Mavididi not starting, James and Skipp together again Negatives - De Cordova-Reid and Fatawu starting – one's lost his mojo months ago, the other has failed to show up for about two months now. Monga should've given the nod ahead of BDCR. Ricardo starting – can go either way. Gamble. Choudhury, Winks, Aribo and Ramsey on the bench. Dire. We're so fvcked. Good luck to the lads. Keep a clean sheet AND SCORE MORE THAN THE OPPOSITION FOR ONCE!!

It's unlikely he'll be here for League One.
-
You're a year too early for that.

Just re-watched Excalibur for the umpteenth time. Best adaptation of the King Arthur saga by far. And the cast! Gabriel Byrne, Patrick Stewart, Helen Mirren, Liam Neeson, Nicol WIlliamson, Cherie Lunghi, Ciaran Hinds, the list goes on... The use of Wagner, fits like a glove. The gorgeous Irish landscape (Wicklow County). I love Boorman's movies. Next up is Point Blank.

Gone but not forgotten and certainly not the death list

Patrick Muldoon ("Starship Troopers", "Days of Our Lives", among others) dead at age 57. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/breaking-days-of-our-lives-patrick-muldoon-dead-at-57-as-cause-of-death-revealed/ar-AA21hwDG -
Not in the Cremo squad once again. Is he out injured until the end of the season?

How many points from the last 3 games?
MC Prussian replied to tinpot_fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Zero. One, but only if we're VERY lucky. -
Premier League 2025/26 Thread

Last time they scored in a league match was in early March. He's lost the dressing room. -
Don't go to the last three remaining league games. Simples.
-
Sign him permanently and build a team around him. Next Steven Gerrard.
-
Tottenham, then.

Champions League training facility for a League One club. You have to applaud the people that made this sports complex possible. Theoretically, they could sell Seagrave with an option to re-buy at favourable conditions.
-
Can the club enforce a pay cut/wage cut for League One? Either that or the highest earners will have to be moved. As I've stated in another thread, Top and Rudkin (ha) better have a contingency plan at hand for League One, we need players that want to be here most and foremost, not players simply picking up a wage check each week. Because this financial disaster that has been going on for years now cannot continue. It's not feasible.

Isn't that the crux of modern football in general? This isn't a Winks issue per se. They're free to invest their money in whatever way they like. It just seems to me with each passing season, football itself becomes less and less a focus for modern footballers. It's the prestige that matters, the status. The money. Footballers are no longer in it for the game, but for what the game entails.

The worst season in our history
MC Prussian replied to when_you're_smiling's topic in Leicester City Forum
Having a bad team is one thing, having a bad team that was expected to do much, much better (with this payroll) another. I've seen us play in League One before. It was the best thing that could happen to the club. It reignited the fans' passion, the away days were great. Then there was the phenomenal Leeds home game. Get rid of all the deadwood, start anew, with a more positive attitude, an apt manager and players that actually want to wear the blue shirt.
