  1. Rushden & Diamonds 3rd kit until the 2028-29 season:
  2. He was our standalone player up until January. Our overall issues were prevalent back then, too. As I‘ve stated before, he‘s turned bad ever since and I‘d argue he has more or less refused to step up in the past dozen matches. Some would call that intentional. Or even sabotage. Transfer offers have turned his head.
  3. Bumblebee (2018) The best Transformers movie out of the newer ones, the most truthful to the original animated series. Still... These robot faces look bloody ugly. Forced, rather cringeworthy love story between Bumblebee's human friend (Spike Witwicky in the original) and her neighbor, that in the end goes nowhere (a kiss on the cheek). And the neighbor serves little to no purpose, other than just being around. Forced DEI. John Cena was a terrible casting choice. The men are all pretty much incompetent idiots. A trend that would later continue with screenwriter Sarah Hodson in Birds of Prey and The Flash, two more movies that took a dump on the source material. Spot a leitmotif? I do. Would've loved to see more robots, especially Autobots, on Earth.
  4. Looks alright, I guess. Still not a big fan of that tacky and rather dominant Adidas logo. Away shirt is much nicer (apart from the sponsor):
  5. You'll see in the "Underperformer of the Season" thread, that I haven't included Fatawu. I agree, there are other players that are deserving of much more criticism. His dip in form and contributions, however, is disappointing, to say the least. Btw, Transfermarkt isn't gospel. I'd take their transfer value estimations with a big pinch of salt.
  6. I meant Fatawu. 1 goal and 1 assist in his last 12 league matches, after coming back from that knock. He's stopped playing, hasn't gotten in as many attacking positions as before, and comes across as another one-trick pony (just like Mavididi). He's easier to neutralize now, and our central midfielders sauf James are terrible going forward. Winks and Skipp combined managed 2 (!) goals so far. James was out longer, with heavier injuries, and still manages to outscore Fatawu by a 2:1 ratio (before the Blackburn away game) – in fewer games.
  7. Fatawu played 12 more games than James this season – and his form dipped massively after his injury in February.
  8. Out of the Blue (1980) Dennis Hopper took over directing, re-wrote the script and made one of the best movies entering the Eighties ever. The girl in this is phenomenal. Also a great look at Vancouver in the very late 70ies. And the punk scene. And a tragic tale of an utterly dysfunctional family. So highly regarded a film that Natasha Lyonne and Chlöe Sevigny financed the restauration.
  9. Nope. Couldn't get into the Marvel/DC superhero universe at all in the past few years. My Spider-Man experience ended with the third Raimi movie.
  10. Definitely better in black & white: Who'd have thought Nic Cage could pull off a Spider-Man?
  11. Barrow vs. Newport next weekend. Tasty decider of whom stays in the Football League.
  12. Plymouth, Luton, Stevenage and even Bradford fighting for the League One playoffs. Luton play Bolton away. Bradford at Exeter, who still have a chance of survival. Plymouth at Northampton should be a walk in the park. Stevenage vs. Wigan... Home win, I'd say. Interesting last matchday of the season. Bradford could very well foul out.
  13. Burton and Wimbledon safe. Yess.
  14. By massively overpaying for mediocre talent. Our scouting in recent years has been appalling. Our fitness team not up to standards. Our set-piece coaches have failed miserably. Owner and club management have been either utterly naïve or incompetent or both for quite a while now. £100m+ down the drain for an encounter with Bromley FC. Yay.
  15. Our 40th league game this season without a clean sheet. #proud
  16. End of an error.
  17. What a shame he wasn't given a proper send-off. We let him down. Hardly any other player has ever touched grass this gracefully.
  18. Goodbye, sweet prince. I'll never know why we signed you., but at least your smile and your first touch are second to none. You'll be missed.
  19. Souttar – best player on the pitch Stolarczyk – outstanding today Skipp – alright Winks – underwhelming Thomas – another assist Choudhury – alright Vestergaard – mediocre Our forwards – are you having a laff? I couldn't believe my eyes when Rowatt made subs with only 60 minutes gone. Now for an away win at Blackburn.
  20. Daka's last appearance at the KP is over. Thank god.
  21. Seven minutes to concede another.
  22. Oh, look. Another clean sheet gone. 1-1
  23. Working his way up past Fatawu for assists this season. Currently on six, one behind Abdul.
  24. Souttar's a better striker than Daka. You heard it here first.
  25. HAHA... HARRY SOUTTA!! 1-0 Lestoh
