It's all vague "they've lost their identity" shit. What exactly is it we've lost and what exactly happened whilst he was there? There is no mention of personal dealings with Top or Rudkin, managers being clueless or our player recruitment being crap. Ex pros can churn out any old lines and somehow there's a story written about it without uncovering ANYTHING at all. Completely vapid.

Plenty of incredibly wealthy businessmen buy football clubs and lose a fortune on them. It's classic reverse exceptionalism on here that this is a dumb investment and you'd have to be stark raving mad to do it. Probably 1 in 10 clubs are purchased on the back of wanting to turn a profit. For most it's some sort of dickswinging, prestige, ego, an entry fee or whatever spurious reason. The one thing that helps us is name recognition, even if you put £1 billion (which PSR forbids anyway) into Middlesbrough, Norwich, Reading, whoever - you can't make them as widely known as us. The window of relevance is fading which is the concern, however we are time bomb for KP. Like @Paninistickers said, get something/anything now or relinquish it all for nothing and have the embarrassment (the dreaded Thai 'loss of face'), it wouldn't have played out well for Chansiri so they've had a warning shot.

I could knock back double figures of Quilmes in there. It's pretty reasonable too.

Joseph was our best player... again. Souttar was our worst player and his attitude has been all over the place. Everybody looks shit and that's on manager but it's not a lack of application from our young players.

It probably didn't even occur to Top and Rudkin this was a gamble, that it's shit or bust. We could just outplay teams like it was 23/34 and he's an ersatz Enzo - it'll just click. Absolutely no mind paid to 'What if it doesn't work out?' because otherwise the Cullen signing wouldn't be sanctioned. He's been sacked early on in the season in his last two jobs so it was ways feasible we might have to do so as well.

Excellent news - obviously we haven’t seen loads of him but yet to see any real weaknesses to his game. Bit of a shitter we have him and Aluko come through at the same time.

There are some brilliant cathedral towns and cities in the south. I stayed near Arundel for Goodwood recently and it’s an amazing place.

It was just a purple patch but I thought for a long term Faes just wasn’t as bad as he was performing. Mugged by reality though with goals like WBA A last season, completely amateurish. I think the attitude thing is overblown though, he cupped his ear at our fans, hardly refusing to play or anything of that ilk. If he had a skin fade instead of his clown hair he gets slightly less heat.

His tackles and duels data surprised me tbh - he comes in at pretty much league average for a central midfielder which considering he's a 10 is quite encouraging.
