We've sold Hermansen for way below his market value and Coady because Wrexham are frankly a bit giddy in the market. The Ndidi deal is the only one we've done alright out of. My problem is we can't seem to proactively sell any players. There is a market in the PL, Turkey, MLS and Saudi to flog players but we don't tap up clubs, agents and journalists, we sit on our arses until an interested party makes an enquiry. You're right though that our business is more effective when we have a stronger HoR. Walsh and Macia (to a tiny extent M0ngerton) made things happen faster - we've been more sclerotic ever since Glover has been here - although FFP/PSR restrictions have loomed over us for that tenure.

He's somebody about 75% of our fans love to hate. He obviously has a clanger in him but he does play well most of the time and he doesn't get any credit for it. It's just when he doesn't play well - he's normally at fault for a goal.

Their keeper's save from Daka's header was brilliant. He was entertaining actually, good reflexes but really erratic.

An average DoF would have shifted some of these pricks nevermind what a good one would do. We sell about half the players we should do (for nearly half the fee) and they leave on frees. This is a Rudkin problem and the fact he doesn’t bomb these players out is probably what pisses managers off as much as the lack of incomings.

We have 4 senior CMs/DMs and 2 of them have their deals run out in 2026. Whether we go up or down we’re going to have buy at least three CMs without a lot of money to do it. It’s like it comes as a surprise to Rudkin when these FIVE year deals expire.
