Those type of managers will reject us now, partially because they will be told they getting fired if specific players arent picked or we dont play a certain way. If you want a strong willed manager, Top and Rudkin need to go as a prerequisite. It contributed to Enzo leaving.

What manager do you think can change an ethos whilst Top and Rudkin are still at the club?

The best managers play players out of position when the in position players are a failure. It needs the ability to take some initiative and willing to think out of the box.

That would be the easiest thing to get rid off, land is always valuable. Try not to think of it as selling a training complex but instead selling land.

I think the stadium already isnt owned by the club (owned by king power instead?). The only real value in the club is if it does own segrave, so it has the land as value, as well as the old training ground. Squad likely has no net value and just seen as liability with wages and inability for players to be sold.

To me thats an interpretation of a secured loan, it may be 99% likely there is no problem, but the likelihood doesnt affect if it is secured loan or not. Thats just the risk factor to the lender. A unsecured loan is where there is no automatic rights to any kind of asset or income. Just complete trust in the borrower.

Its secured from what I understand, when we run out of future EPL monies to secure against, then it gets more interesting when we secure against the ground, or seagrave. Liverpool had a problem like that and the bank just basically resold the club to a new owner from under the old owners feet.

I would rather the unknown than known failure. Daka isnt working. Its as simple as that really. Just because Mavididi isnt working in his current position it doesnt mean the same if he is tried as a striker. Top managers all do it, if they dont have a player that works which is natural for the position, they just replace them with someone out of position whilst lobbying their DoF to sort it out.

Put him as striker, and then can also play both Mukasa and James. Manager needs the balls to play a not natural striker up front.

My comment on the match thread where I said I knew it wouldnt go in, wasnt a lash at Daka, but more so down to that when things are going against a player, then tend to fail to score penalties as well, it seemed a weird decision for him to take it.

We never managed to get the squad up to quality necessary for this level, we started being a little competitive with Kirk, but since he was moved on, we havent recovered at all. We well deserve relegation at this point.
