Hi, my train from Suffolk was cancelled this morning meaning the earliest I’d get to St Mary’s Stadium would be 15:30. Due to some really bad train experiences recently, and the possibility that I may be further delayed, I decided not to go. Does anyone know whether i can claim for the loss of my match ticket from the train company? Thanks
