I’ve said this before and there is a lot more to our decline than this. But when Wilf started getting injuries (1st injury was 2020 just before the LC Semi) and lost some form in 2021 is when we declined and becoming easier to play against. Been great overall for us, wish him the best.

As a straight forward keeper Jakob is steady and more than capable in the championship. However I think mads is a different level and has a higher ceiling.

I think we replace him with a keeper at a similar stage in their career that mads was when he joined us.

He's fine in the Championship, if we could get some money then do it. If not he's a decent enough option at this level.

Kasper was playing the the Champions league at 38 last season. Begovic had a good season at QPR 2 years ago, more that capable if Jakob is injured and an upgrade on Ward and probably Iverson. If we'd have had him 22/23 we'd have most probably stayed up.

We know we need to sell before we buy, I'd assume, as rubbish as it is, most of our activity if any will happen towards the end of the window.
