Is it worth subscribing to TNT for the 7/8 week Series ?

Tbf Harborough’s manager agreed that it should’ve been a red. Either way, it ruined a potentially great game.

Harborough lost 0-3 v Altrincham. HT had a man sent off after only 7mins & were looking good until that point, but somehow dragged a frustrated Altrincham into extra-time. 1,800 in attendance.

Hopefully Wood & Archer stay relatively fit, although no chance both play all 5 Tests in a 7 week period. I expect Carse to play a big part, love his effort & commitment. Hopefully, England go all out attack in the 1st Test & if it’s the Bazball approach with the bat, it’s done with brains & reading the match situation. As you point out, our record isn’t good early doors. Personally, l don’t think Cummins is a massive loss (if it’s only 1 Test), as probable stand-in, Boland has a great record Down Under. If the Aussie Skipper is out for a few Tests, that puts so much pressure on their attack & could be pivotal. Can’t wait !

If Harborough beat Altrincham tonight & then win at Slough, they bank over £54k in prize money alone, from FA Emirates. They made about £90k + , from last season's cup run. That's huge for smaller, non-league clubs.

I absolutely love Italy. I can't believe my first ever visit there was last May ! Really liked Naples, it's bonkers, edgy, but safe enough & football mad. Verona was lovely too.

I fancy a trip to Sicily. Would you go back ? It looks really nice, l must say.

Looks ok to me. No Soumare again is a definite plus. Vestergaard needs dropping though, after the mistake v Wrexham alone.

Woakes was never being picked for The Ashes, he has generally struggled on overseas tours. He is a totally different bowler over here, he has the perfect conditions & a Dukes ball. As you correctly say, a top bloke.

Went to the Harborough game. Peterborough were very poor. Apparently their boss, Phil Brown (ex Hull City, etc), refused to shake his counterpart’s hand. He always seems ok to me. Harborough are on an incredible unbeaten run. Haven’t lost a game this season, including friendlies & cup games. They also had an unbeaten run at the end of last season, only ending in the Play-offs at Kettering.

Quorn were losing 5-1.

Agreed. I'm also sure that a ridiculously low percentage of Americans own a Passport, possibly adding to this.

It is, but what are we comparing it to ? The Premier League is by far the best league in world footbal. I was in Italy last week (Cremona), saw a dreadful Serie A game (Cremonese v Parma). The locals don’t rate their league & watch lots of The Prem. The gap between where we are now & where we want to be is massive & growing. The Premier League is all that matters to the Kingmakers.

Absolutely, both sides were toothless. Very poor game. If Vardy can keep relatively fit, he'll score 10, which should keep Cremonese up. The locals were saying that the standard of Serie A isn't great at all.

Had a fantastic day in Cremona. Awful game, but what a day. I highly recommend that any of you get over here, put your Vardy shirt on & you'll have non-stop attention, photos & laughs. Superb.

Spent some time in Albino & got the cable car up to Selvino....a beatiful Alpine resort, stunning views. We've wondered around the old town (Alta), may go into Milan tomorrow as the weather is due to be dreadful here.
