Far too old for it now but the last decade or so with every line up announcement I've gotten the impression R&L doesn't know what it wants to be anymore, ends up catering for everyone and people get angry about it. The Primavera line up announced this week is a bit more me.

Can't speak on behalf of anyone but myself and the few months I've been off it but I wouldn't set yourself any major goals straight off the bat mate. Break it down into smaller, more manageable chunks (have a softie or NA every other drink when you're in a pub perhaps) and most importantly don't beat yourself up if you do have a pint after a shocker of a day! Sounds like you've made the effort and a start in not drinking from home, regardless

Watched The Bear (only got a couple of eps left of S2 to finish) based on recommendations both in here and from friends, it's outstanding, I love it. The episode Forks where Richie does a week at a 3 star restaurant is brilliant.

I completely stopped in the summer, was never really a home drinker or a weekday drinker, so that was never an issue. The only days I found quite (very) hard to begin with were Saturdays because nipping to the pub for 5/6 in the afternoon had become a bit of a habit. Like you've said @bovril I found it easier to have 0 than 1, avoid the pub completely rather than waft temptation under my nose. I can't really sit in a pub and drink pint after pint of soft drink, and NA bottles can be a bit pricey, but they really do work almost subconsciously for me and my brain is tricked into thinking I'm having a pint.

The photo of Mazzarri they've used there looks like it's from the late 90s / early 00s for some reason, can't pinpoint why!
