  1. They’re charging more and money while sucking out every bit of enjoyment. Why? Because Peps gone and had a cry about it.
  2. Our downfall all happened because we missed the get out of jail card of selling youri after the fa cup I wonder if Brighton will say the same about Mitoma in a few years time
  3. I enjoyed our league 1 campaign more than 90% of our time in the prem
  4. It might be an unpopular opinion, but I think that Jermaine Beckford was weak and therefore felt pressure
  5. Joke club. We literally negotiate like every player we own is mahrez. And teams rightfully walk away.
  6. Hate to say it, but the wrexham job is probably better than our at the minute. They will be finishing higher than us next season and a mega stadium is in the horizon.
  7. A good manager works on Edouard imo. of everything we have, you’d imagine he’s going to be the one you can get the most out of. he scored plenty for Celtic, his record for palace wasn’t exactly awful either. I think hes been written off by management too hastily and now that we know he’s here for the season you’ve got to make the most of it. id consider starting him against Man U and if he really doesn’t put the work in, you have your answer. But we have to try something different
  8. These clubs won’t be paying any of the wages
  9. I’m fine with having bad seasons or a bad manager. That stuff comes and goes in waves. But to have the fundamentals of ownership so lost is hard to take because theres just no hope at all. If we were trying our best and get it wrong I think I’d accept it. But to not even try?! That’s what stings
  10. I agree and the types of signings don’t make too much sense if that was the case. You’re not being financially responsible paying 22m for someone like skipp… but there must be something because we are in profit for January which is madness.
  11. When we were going for promotion there was lots of talk on here about how promotion was just a means to balance the books and we’d go down in a better financial situation. It may be that this is the clubs view and they are simply accepting we won’t survive and are just being fiscally cautious and preventing a bigger disaster when we go down. With the level of investment the club needs, a couple of 20m signings wouldn’t save us. I think we are just giving up early. were the summer signings made focusing on whether they’d be good for the championship? Possibly.
  12. That’s exactly how it would happen. I’m for it tbh. Its kinda pointless because it doesn’t solve anything but we might as well bring him home
  13. Can someone explain to me how championship clubs get permission for these yet it took us a month to get permission for a Leicester band to do an abba cover
  14. No sod it at all, he would be greatly welcomed.
  15. Interesting fact for you, his transfer value directly matches the state of our clubs trajectory
  16. They’ll get him and we’ll somehow end up with Dawson for the next 3 years
  17. I’m pretty sure it’s obligation to buy if promoted same as their deal for Enzo or fee. You get jack all if they don’t go up
  18. Just walk fella, you never had a chance
  19. That’s not how I read it. It’s only an obligation if they get promoted, otherwise he comes back. The 2m is bonuses probably based on appearances, or goals or something. Possibly staying in the prem after promotion
  20. Will they get promoted though? That’s a mighty big gamble is the deal is naff other than that. Do we gamble failing a future psr on their success? Burnley just got Edwards on a similar deal it’s not like sunderland are clearly going to achieve promotion
  21. Actually I think bednarek is the most likely
  22. How can you be similar to zirkzee and Danny welbeck but then Griezmann at the same time
  23. Did you not see ours: Lcfc.com/123696959 As we enter February, we would like to share our approach to the window during the last month. “We approached the summer transfer window with a plan to bring in top players with an expectation that we would sell our best player. During that period, we ended up bringing in seven new players over the age of 30 and a manager who would only work with a player if they were alive when queen played live at wembley.” “This meant that we began the season with a larger squad than we would ideally operate with and, consequently, there have been fewer opportunities for good players than there might have been otherwise. “After making a real push to sign Jordan Ayew and oliver Skipp late in the summer – decisions we are pleased we made – alongside a couple of expected departures not occurring, we entered January considerably behind on our season budget. “Although January is a time for the media to get excited, it isn’t the best time to do business. For some reason clubs won’t accept loans with obligations if we survive and players won’t accept a wage that drops 75% if we finish in the relegation zone. Whilst it is natural for fans to want additions, the most important thing for us coming into January was to keep edouard at the club, he’s been working on his swimming badges and is really close to holding his breathe underwater for 2 minutes. Thisgives the group of players the chance to continue theirprogression and provides an opportunity to build on the solid platform created during the first two-thirds of the season. “We have now managed to close the gap in our budget whilst minimising the impact on our first team.” Absolutely refreshing from KPFC
