  1. It’s strange to think that when we loose a game of football I avoid foxes talk because it makes everything worse, yet with this real loss I’m finding so much comfort from reading the forum. We’re all going through this as a family and it’s nice to see the online community pull together.
  2. I’m heartbroken and It doesn’t even matter who’s on board. horrific news
  3. Weird game to decide it but I realised today that I want Puel to stay. Quite refreshing to try something new, our recent manager downfalls have come because the dressing room ruled. We may not have won today but if I was a squad player Id now have hope of game time and the first 11 wont take their positions for granted. We will be alright.
  4. You think Albrighton can’t pass?!? Sorry what? Thats his best feature surely?
  5. The thing is, individually many of the swaps have been called for on this forum. It’s just baffling that they have all happened on the same day. It can be taken either way by the players dropped, a kick up the backside or they will sulk. It shows that the manager has faith in the whole squad which can galvanize the team like with pep. But we all know it’s gojng to be a shit storm if we don’t win
  6. One of the most random team selections I’ve ever seen and ffs is calgur is in the first team take a real photo of the lad
  7. My mate hasnt been invited back since he left Leicester, I know hed love a ticket, what do you reckon?
  8. Yep you’re right. They’re clearly not as good as us and it’s just the refs giving them decisions. That’s the only reason the top 6 is what it is. Nothing to do with the fact they all have the best players ?
  9. I wonder if Chelsea would sell victor moses? Doesn’t seem to be getting a look in. Not it sure if he’d be defensively good enough in a back 4 though RB still seems an area of weakness atm
  10. He’s going to play all 3
  11. That's what forums are for! I trust people to remind me that im not a prophet, otherwise I will end up with a gambling problem
  12. Haha that’s completely fair. Didnt remember saying that. Its quite funny looking back at the transfer stuff. Pretty sure half the forum wrote off Alcacer and look at him. Really does show you never can tell. Sorry mr Madderz, i couldn’t have been any more wrong on this one.
  13. Fair play, ‘we’re all wrong twice a day’. If we knew it all, we’d all be scouts. I agree about Sessengon, he may well end up the better player. I just hate it when we write off our own players and assume the grass is greener on the other side. With all young players, you never know when their development is over. As you mentioned, in that article it’s clear that Ben is incredibly driven and perhaps without that extra effort in pre-season we’d all be sat here moaning about him.
  14. I think it’s fair enough when you’ve been ridiculed for an opinion, no?

  16. Surely the LB slot is his to lose after those performances.
  17. All you have to do is look at how well Rooney is doing, he may look a decent player but the premier league is a different gravy
  18. I wanted him to miss, but felt instantly sad when he did. I want him to get a bit of karma for the way he treated us, but deep down I’ll always care about him
  19. Pep was wowed by his 2 footed penalty against them, no other player has put the ball in the net with both feet before.
  20. Puel couldnt win today, strong line up and we're annoyed he's not giving fringe players a chance, fringe team and we're annoyed he's not trying to win the cup. Personally think its a good balance in what will be a tough game. It is worrying that Soyuncu clearly hasnt impressed him though as we all have great expectations.
  21. There is a theory that the best managers always start with bad results. As if a manager really has a tactical vision for a club it takes a while to fully transfer to it. Such as Fergie or closer to home Martin Oneil. The less tactically astute managers tend to just keep the squad doing what they already were doing and make minor tweaks. I'm not saying everyone deserves patience as obviously these are special cases but perhaps Pearson just needs the time to get the squad to understand his system? I like to think he will turn it around for you but the opinions of Leicester fans on this matter is always going to be rose tinted, because we witnessed him at his best. Unfortunately @Lizhang this isnt the place youre going to get extra nails for his coffin (or a reasonable debate)
  22. I honestly think people who claim Pearson would have won the league are devaluing what we achieved. It makes it sound like it was easy, that anyone could have done it with our squad. It truly is a laughable idea. Yes he put the foundations in place but in a game of fine margins the slightest change of approach and we may have not even finished in the top half of the table. Claudio absolutely bossed it, both are legends... end of the argument really.
  23. Cambiasso, with Was and Huth assistants. Terrify the team into listening to the maestro
  24. Worst player in that team... bin
  25. But they also worked well in the great escape season when moved to a 3? As this compensated for their lack of pace.
