  1. Haven't we as a society been doing that for 15 years with exactly the opposite effect? The more air time the bigots get the more it normalises their views for a large chunk of the population. They've had a disproportionate amount of air time over the years and it's led us here.
  2. If only Labour had won the endorsment of a few more drink driving anti-semites in Leicester South it might have been alright.
  3. They’re about the only party whose vote share is roughly in line with their representation in the commons this time aren’t they?
  4. Labour and the Conservatives have done nothing for the people of Gaza, neither of them will be getting my vote in the Gaza City South by-election
  5. I imagine they won't try too hard because ultimately the situation in the Middle East will determine whether those seats come back, which is absolutely incredibly stupid but it is what it is. It's not a problem the UK Government is in any position to solve or even particularly influence any more - but apparently it's the most important issue affecting Leicester South
  6. Just a shame Corbyn got the Conservatives so many votes as well
  7. Who won Leicester South? What the f's wrong with this city?
  8. How long will it be until global warming dunks Clacton into the sea?
  9. I don't disagree at all, sticking them on the TV constantly is pretty much the entire reason that we are where we are.
  10. More of them to tank their parties reputation before the election where they could be a legitimate threat? Literally the only rationale I can think of.
  11. Imagine transferring Kwasi Kwarteng and Nadine Dorries out and still making it worse. Is Brendan responsible for these transfers?
  12. I mean Sunderland's always been thick as shit Brexit territory hasn't it.
  13. Years of not funding education properly.
  14. What do you want me to apologise for?
  15. There's far too many racist nutcases in the country though...
  16. For what? Are you drunk?
  17. You did mention the Lib Dems. The SNP have spent years getting 3% of the vote but winning many more seats than a Liberal Democrat party who gain many more votes. That's all that's happening here, the Reform vote is more spread out across the country than the Lib Dem vote, the Lib Dem support is concentrated in a smaller number of constituencies, so under First Past The Post they win more constituencies despite having less overall national support. There's no way you don't already know and understand that.
  18. You're not sure how that works? Did you not question the SNP having more seats than the Lib Dems for the last 10 years? The percentage of the vote you get nationally, and the number of constituencies you win aren't the same thing Col, what is playing dumb on here gaining you?
  19. They've had pretty much 5 years of bad press that's only been topped by the Conservatives to be fair
  20. Have they got Danny Ward in goal though?
  21. Why?

  23. Why would we thank you for helping Portugal?
  24. You can't do very much when you're in opposition against a government that won a massive majority, what they have done is made themselves electable and increased their support across the country. Pretty much all of our National Services have consistently been better run when Labour are in power - regardless of leader. If you'd rather increase the chances of more Conservative and Reform MPs in the commons, instead of Labour MPs, because you don't like it when Labour try to appeal to a wide enough section of the electorate to actually win, then you do you.
