Really great episode - one of the best yet

This season we’ll be playing physical teams, many with a low block and absolutely determind to beat leicester. We are also trying to change the culture at the club. You cant do that with youth alone. We’ll need experience and good solid proven pros around.

Really good player, will smash it in league one. Have to say, we are having a great window.

He’s 27 ffs 🤦- you can’t just play a team of youth players. Signing 32-35 year olds on long-term deals, I get the complaint. But this lads hardly over the hill.

For where we are, this is a very good signing.

Thought the players showed some real fight, and deserved at least a point. Gives me a lot of hope. Skipp and Winks put a real shift in. The only negative - I thought Stephy was really poor. I’d be amazed if he starts on Saturday.

I’m going to say we see a bounce in the first 5 games or so.

He’s a proper leader. Well thought of by many of the Newcastle fans, cared at a time when not a lot of their other players did. Had a stormer a few seasons ago against PSG when he hadn’t played for a while. He won’t be shy about telling this lot either.
