Add it to the list I think at this point. The ever growing list of WTF moments.
-
I’ve rewatched it (now not on my phone). I hadn’t noticed the double touch
-
Politics has no place in football, or any sport for that matter.
-
That’s a painfully bad touch. Great movement / positioning to find the space. Im not even sure what he’s trying ti do controlling it that that way.
-
He was given extended leave due to being in the squad for Jamaica in the CONACAF Gold Cup. I don’t think he played though.
-
Fatawu will be a cheat code in the Championship. He was great last time, this time, he could be exceptional.
-
100% Also, a half competent tactician like @StriderHiryu might have helped us as well!
-
I’ll go one further. These players aren’t shit for this division. They are actually quite good. They’re just disliked.

You can get one with K Bet on at DGGate for less than £10

I’m quietly looking forward to Daka being the a success this season to be honest. He’s the perfect pressing forward for Marti. A bit lot Firminho at Liverpool, his presence, pressing and etc will allow for the wider forwards to score goals. Daka is a poacher in my opinion, he’s not a lead the line and link up. Ayew is the complete opposite to be honest. It’ll be interesting to see what we opt with, as most Championship clubs would snap your hands off for either Daka or Ayew.

It looks like they’ve had AI remove the “sponsor”.

He might be a free transfer, however let’s be realistic, we massively overused and relied on him last season. He was a goal every 316 minutes (in a team that had average service though). He missed chances as well, people don’t want to hear it, but he did. He underperformed his xG, he was was expected to score 11, he scored 9. Chris Wood was a goal every 148 minutes! Modern football requires pressing from the front, he can’t even press like Daka can now. He should be playing for 30 minutes a game in reality. Who is going to pay £140k a week for someone that is playing 30 Minutes a week? Vardy is our greatest ever player, a true Leicester icon. However the Premier League is arguably the hardest league in the world. The challenge with the United States, he was convicted of assault in 2007. That makes getting into the USA that bit more challenging. He’d need to apply for a P1 visa, I’d expect it to be waived though quite quickly though.

£15 for adults, £5 for under 12s. Thats what they were aiming at and at attempt to sell some tar from the shop.

The Championship is maybe the 5th richest league in Europe and a major step up in terms of finance. To buy your way out of it now, with the teams coming down from the Premier League, you’ll basically be spending a small fortune, Wrexham, I think will find this difficult.
-
I’d rather we go and look at Stassin, Mayenda or Frigan. Stassin - May be out of our price range now. Mayenda - Loan as I don’t think he’s ready for the Premier League. Frigan - Cheaper option, reminds me of Kramaric
-
Sorry, it’s actually 14, not 12 players GK - Pierce Charles FB - Liam Palmer CB - D’Shon Bernard CB - Dominic Iorfa CB - Valery CB - Gabriel Otegbayo CM - Nathaniel Chalobah CM - Svant Ingelsson WG - Jamal Lowe MF - Sean Fusire ST - Ike Ugbo ST - Charlie McNeil ST - Olaf Kolabaki ST - Bailey Carmarthen
-
So they’re now down to 12 registered first team players?
-
Jacob Greaves was the best centre back in the centre back in 23/24!
-
What irks me a little though, is we know they’re a semi horrible, little club that have the capacity of a water cooler meet-up. You could potentially see the m push on though, as I don’t think Coady is a bad player for the Championship. It’s not a bad signing.

Players you disliked, but reluctantly rated...

The answer for me is Maddison. The other one is Slimani. He obviously had ability. -
GK : Schmeichel LB : Fuchs CB : Morgan CB : Huth RB : Ricardo LM : Albrighton CM : Kante CM : Tielemans RM : Mahrez ST : Vardy ST : Heskey Sub 1 : Shilton Sub 2 : Simpson Sub 3 : Chilwell Sub 4 : Fofana Sub 5 : Maddison Sub 6 : Barnes Sub 7 : Lineker I loved Izzet, Walsh, Elliott, Guppy etc and they’re iconic Leicester players. However in terms of pure ability, they aren’t technically better than Maddison, Fofana etc I’d also partner Vardy with Heskey, as I think they’d combine well.

Leicester City Fan Engagement Plan for the 2025/26 season
Sly replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
This release is just so deluded that it proves the Senior Team at the football club either live in a bubble or simple don’t care about the fans (or what they believe are the regular customers). -
I do think all three promoted teams will come down, however our points total was a joke in all honesty. We got 25 points. I expect Leeds to get more than that. The bottom three got 59 points, which is horrendous. I

Surely I’m not the only that thinks he’s okay, however he wasn’t consistent enough and didn’t exactly pull up trees? Albeit in his defence, we were a little bit doggo
