Development/Youth Squads 2024/2025 Thread - U18/U21

Can Monga, Evans and Alves work in the same team? -
What the hell is the point in the FoxesTrust or FAB if this is the response to the meetings? Surely they’re job is to represent and report back to the wider fanbase?
-
That was 100% written by AI, not even a question in my mind the whole style is AI.

He’s like a reverse Jamie Vardy

We’ve got 1 squad space free - who are you signing?

I’ll do it, we need a fourth choice keeper don’t we? The Alex Smithies role. -
Bobby Zamora, we even sang his name when we played Brighton last game of the season. Only for him to join West Ham. Mark Hughes - under O’Neil I think there was a few seasons he was close to joining only for him to go somewhere else. Kingkladze was also close one season. Which did get everyone very excited.
-
No one asked for it, no one wants it. More carp that’s adds nothing to the game. Slowly, one decision at a time made by non footballing people they are killing the game. Its not gone because of this, but it is another nail in the coffin.
-
So because we might lose a game don’t play your best players because they might be a bit fragile? There is absolutely no logic in this at all. In the position we are in we cannot afford to role over a lay down for anyone. We need to play the best 11 every game now.
-
Because he’s the better player? He is a huge improvement on Vestergaard, therefore should be playing.

I still firmly believe the game is a better spectacle without VAR, it just needs competent people officiating it. That linesman was in the perfect position and bottled it, last minute winner and at least 3 players in an offside position in the last minute at Old Trafford and he’s shat his pants. -
Pathetic performance, that’s defeat was squarely at his feet. Game completely changed when he came on.
-
Just **** off… hes a mile offside and not just him three of them!! Bullshit at Old Trafford again
-
The positive I see from this is how much better we are with Ndidi in the team. If he can stay fit for the rest of the season we have a fighting chance.
-
How the **** does Vestergaard start over Okaoli every week?
-
Winning at half time and things are looking good for us! We’re been far from great, but they really don’t look up for this at all.
-
30 seconds in and we haven’t conceded, it’s all about the small improvements week to week.
-
You know when you’ve got young kids and they piss you off all day, and won’t do anything they’re told and just about as you’re ready to lose your shit with them, they do something adorable and make sure you do still love them - only to start doing the annoying crap again first thing next day - that’s Iheanacho
-
Are we sure he wasn’t approached for a playing role? Bringing in a big old experienced defender to sort the back line out? Saving multiple pound notes and we might just get by with a little help from George Friend.
-
In start striker who could change the season and score for fun. Signed 00:00:14…
-
You could have the same argument for any of the managers we’ve had? It’s not Coopers fault he couldn’t do his job properly… Ultimately Director of Football is the most crucial role in the football club and by having someone not qualified to do the job and performing poorly in the role we are at a significant disadvantage to the rest of the clubs. In a world where everyone is trying to get that extra 1% which can make the difference between success and failure at the top level, we are putting ourselves at a significant disadvantage by continuing with the status quo.

They left cos you’re shit they left cos you’re shit All those free transfers they left cos you’re shit
-
Both those goals are completely on Vestergaard - it’s his positioning and lack of awareness that’s just made it so easy for Everton to walk in and score.
