Can a player who was dropped for the previous game be dropped? Drop Vestergaard, for sure and play Okoli I agree

Before we sell this guy to Sunderland or Sheff Utd, we really need to be asking ourselves if he is better than Daka? Better than Vardy (the Vardy right now, not Vardy ever). And if for the money we have, can we bring anyone better in?? Right now, I think we’d all be delighted if we brought in a new young striker who has double figures in the Championship.

It’s just awful at the back, how have we found ourselves with this backline in the Premier League. We are up against it, because we know we’ll concede twice at least every week. Add to that some decent build up play, but absolutely toothless in the final third. I just don’t know where we go from here and how things get any better without some serious investment - but also someone with a brain and knowledge of the game getting involved in that investment.

Excellent half, we’ve got a game plan and are sticking to it really well. We look by far the better team, just need to take our chances when they come our way.

Immense from Draper to turn that set around, he looked out of it for all money. Anyone’s game now at 2-2, but I fancy Draper from here.

This reminds me of when Mike Reed (Not Frank Butcher) came back to Filbert St. It was a few weeks after that penalty away at Chelsea in the cup. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, read the worst refereeing decisions against us thread. Anyway, he had to come and referee a game at Filbert St. not long after, and every time he awarded us any free kick the ground chanted “You’re still a f***ing Wanchor” repeatedly. We’re awful at the back whoever is selected, but with Buonanotte, El Khannous and Mavididi behind Vardy, we are a genuine goal threat. Let’s just go for it, like Keegans Newcastle teams of the 90s. It wont always be pretty, and it wont always go our way, but it will be fun to watch. 4-3 win!

So the draw takes place tomorrow after the Man Utd v Arsenal game. We are ball number 20. The Matches take place around the Weekend of 8th Feb, we have Everton away the weekend before, and Arsenal at home the weekend after. So with that in mind who do we want? Easiest side possible at home? New away ground to visit? A Midlands derby, Forest, Derby, Cov all still alive in the comp. A rematch against one of the Championship teams? For me, it’s always the easiest side possible at home, so the winner of Mansfield v Wigan or Millwall v Dag and Red would be ideal. But I wouldn’t say no to an away day at Cov and go full strength and erase the worst part of last season from the memory.

Brighton away, must have been at least 20 years ago, I think we won 1-0. But to this day I couldn’t tell you for sure. I don’t know if anyone else on here was there, but from me recollection no one celebrated until we realised Brighton were kicking off again. I don’t think I saw a thing for the whole game and it was bloody freezing. It was at Brightons old ground around Christmas time.
