  1. There is a lot of stereotyping going on here on both sides. All sorts of people support and love the club in the way they see fit. Instead of generalising and singling out groups in this thread and moaning about it. Why don't we use this thread as a positive place to work out what can be done to improve and how different groups can do their bit?
  2. It's a bit of a moot point at the moment, as we don't have a DM who can do a better job than Ricardo.
  3. I think people are over-egging the Leeds attack, they are one of the better ones in the league. But failed to score against Stoke, Birmingham, Sheff W, and Hull. Imagine how this place would react if we hadn't scored in 28% of our games.
  4. Thanks for the memories, Danny. Good luck with the future.
  5. EFL didn't have to agree on it, so there must have been an accord stuck.
  6. Still think this is good for NP. Sort his health out, sad seeing him in this way.
  7. We still have a core of players who have already shown they can play at PL level and have plenty of PL experience. Vardy, Justin, Ricardo, Nacho, Ndidi (if they both stay) have all played in seasons we finished in the top 5. The likes of Vestergaard (if he's stays), Faes, Souttar, Coady, KDH have all played in the PL. I'd imagine if you add up our PL apps they are more the Burnley, Sheffield U and Luton combined. We have option to buy on 2 out of our 4 loan players, Burnley lost most of theirs We have massively reduced our wage bill and transfer amortisation, I can see us spending 50m-70m to strengthen. Enough to sprinkle some star dust on the squad. We have a lot more pulling power in the PL then those 3 and probably most of the bottom 8 when we return Think we will do fine, pretty confident, he we recuit in the same vain as this summer. All 3 promoted team had poor windows.
  8. Impossible because that wasn't the rules then. Can't blame the current owner for something near on 20 years ago. You must be talk about Man City with someone else as I haven't mentioned them.
  9. Hopefully he can focus on his health. Sad to see him as it is.
  10. The notion I'm making is severity makes a difference.
  11. Same attack that we have outscored?
  12. Think you are a little quick of the mark with that one, Knockaert at Championship level played 88 games for the club, scoring 13 goals and 13 assists, goal contribution (Goal/Assistevery) every 3.38 games. In he's worse season stats wise he got 12 goal contribution. Fatawua has had a good start can beat a man and looks a dangerous but need to bring more goals and assists. He has the potential to be better would be more appropriate.
  13. So if you break the speeding law once doing 31 MPH in a 30, you can't take the morale high ground if someone kills 5 people doing a 100 MPH in a 30?
  14. The fact the EPL and the club came to an agreement makes it appropriate.
  15. Didn't we get the appropriate punishment at the time?
  16. It took Burnley until match day 20 to get to 38 points. Show how crazy our start has been.
  17. Would be a good move for both parties.
  18. Who too?
  19. No, I'd imagine he get a decent increase on his wages going to Villa as a free transfer.
  20. That will be the test.
  21. I think he loving it here, just don't see it.
  22. Fixed! What's the point.
  23. Great stuff, gets some decent in and QPR gets a tough place to go for our rivals.
  24. I think it's obligation if we are promoted.
  25. 2-2 First draw of the season. We will miss Ndidi if not fit....
